Brandon sent Melody home and started planning his date for tomorrow. He called his friend, Max who owns an amusement park that was opened recently to book tickets early. He did not want to book the whole place as he did not want to make Melody feel uncomfortable on their first date. He thought she would feel the joy and comfortable seeing others having fun at the amusement park as well.
Melody had her dinner while thinking of what she should wear tomorrow for her first date. She was excited but feeling very nervous at the same time. She kept pacing back and forth in her room. She opened her closet to look for something nice and suitable for a first date. She took out whatever she thought would be okay but on second thought, she felt none were good enough. She was racking her brain. For the very first time she felt like she did not have anything proper and good enough. She didn't know what to do. As she was racking her brain here, Brandon was trying his best to plan things well in a romantic way for Melody.
He called the manager of a famous restaurant in the nearby the park. He specifically mentioned to set a private room with romantic settings. Max called to confirm two tickets for the whole day for Brandon and Melody. He then called Melody because he wanted to inform her that he will pick her up early tomorrow only to hear her anxious voice over the phone.
" Hey Melody, I just called to inform you that I will pick you up tomorrow morning at 8pm. What's wrong with you? You sound anxious... Is everything okay?"
" Okay Brandon. I.... I... I... Yes I am anxious because I don't know what to wear for tomorrow. I am worried I will not be able to match up to you."
" Don't worry about that Melody. Wear anything you are comfortable with. How about a pair of blue tops and jeans? We can wear matching colours on our first date... You don't have to worry about matching up to me... I love you just the way you are. You don't feel inferior to me Melody.. Just think of me as a normal man with no status and money."
