I hear the man behind him yell out, " what the hell are you doing? " The murderous man that shot down my parents where they stood was in a fluster, " I... I don't know. They came out if nowhere. I shot on impulse. " The other exclaimed in frustration, " ugh.. let's get out of here before someone shows up. " "what if someone comes after us and what about the girl. We are supposed to get her. " The men went back and forth just arguing. "I don't know.. make it look like the man husband did it. Put the gun in his hand.Burn the pace down we were never here."
Tears flowed down my face. "They.. made it look like my dad killed my mother and then committed suicide. What's worst was that they burned down my home. I made it out, but my little brother.... I... couldn't find him. They were sick and it was my fault that they died." I couldn't stop the tears dripping down from my cheeks. Peter lunged towards me and held me safely in his arms as I continued. " If I didn't call them they wouldn't have come back so early. They wouldn't.... they would still be alive.. they would still be here with me. " Peter held me tightly, "hey you were a little kid. You were afraid. Anybody would have done the same. Besides I think it would have happened anyway. They were bound to come back at some point and those guys we're having a hard time finding whatever they were looking for. They would have been there for a while. I am truly sorry. It's not your fault. None of it is. " I felt touched by his caring words. I clung to him and his my fave into his neck. I loved his scent. It seemed so calming and I managed to stop crying. And then this happens. "Yo!!! brother what's up. " His reaction changed when he saw us. "Oh, you sky fog. I didn't think you had it in you. Looks like you beat me to it. Well see ya and don't forget to have some fun. " Peter tried to stop him from continuing to say this but John didn't pay much attention to it and he left when he closed the door.
