The interior of James's home was incredible. The walls were a light, pale turquoise. Paintings on the walls popped with color, either blue or green, sometimes a mix of both. The living room was very large, having a couch framed with ash grey wood, and grey cushions. The pillows on top of the couch were three vivid greens and two deep blue ones, with a cyan one mixed in. Every color that seemed to pop was either blue or green, with the gray and pastel walls fading into the background. There were two bedrooms, a master bedroom, most likely belonging to James, and a guest room. Both rooms were rather large, with the main difference being the bathrooms. The one with the master bedroom was much larger. There was also a kitchen. It was the smallest room, but it was still elegant. Alex walked into the master bedroom, putting James on the bed.
It was getting dark outside, but there was still a lot of things to do. I realised that all of our stuff, which used to be in the trunk, was sitting in bags at the doorstep. There was a note attached to Ayro's bag, which I read immidetly.
Looks like you forgot something. I'm expecting an apology from Alex. He didn't do what I told him to. How rude of him.
-Your friend, The Dealer.
Oh no. One of the reasons we came here was so we'd loose this stalker. Somehow, this guy had followed us to a place that isn't even on any maps.
I stuffed the note into my back pocket. I would put it in my front pocket, but women's jeans are specifically designed to not allow that. I walked into the living room, and Ayro was passed out on the couch, so I figured I would tell him about the note later. Since the note also mentioned Alex, I thought I would talk to him too. As I approached James's room, I heard soft snoring. I opened the door a little, and peeked into the room. The two were flying in bed together, with James quietly snoring. I slowly closed the door, making as little noise as possible.
I went into the guest room, and found Crystal and Maddie already asleep. Crystal looked so peaceful, and though I know she would be mad if I didnt show her the note, I couldn't bring myself to wake her up. So, instead of waking anyone up, I took some comfortable clothes from my bag and changed into them in the restroom. I crashed onto the couch, trying to get some sleep. Unlike everyone else, I wasn't tired in the slightest. I turned around five times before I realised that my needless tossing and turning wasn't going to help me fall asleep.
I got up, and was as efficient as I could be. I put everyone's clothes away, put the bags neatly in the corner, and just tidied up. After hours of being awake, I still wasn't tired. The sky was getting brighter by the minute, so I looked at the clock on the wall.
Four A.M.
4:00 A.M.
How did the time slip away from me? I walked over to the fridge, and spotted an iced coffee container. I know that if I don't have coffee now, I'm just going to be a zombie all day. I opened six different cabinets before I found a cup, which I then filled with iced coffee. Now that I had nothing to do, my mind was beginning to go into overdrive. I took a sip of iced coffee, before my brain decided to think about only that iced coffee. Why did James even have this? There were no indications that he enjoyed iced coffee.
Oh. Right.
He's gay. Of course he likes iced coffee.
I can't really be upset about him matching a stereotype, because I'm currently enjoying a cup of Starbuck's Caramel Macchiato - with almond milk. James is probably lacktose intolerant.
I heard Ayro getting up from the other room. He shuffled around a bit, before quietly saying something to himself. His next words, however, we're loud enough for me to hear. And, not to mention, very panicked.
"What the fuck?"
