A harsh world dominated by primeval titanic monsters, where civilization struggles to fend off such beings with the help of their Gods and Goddesses. The mortal races such as humans, elves, dwarfs and beast-men survive such harsh world in their own unique way. All of these races lives above the surface of the world on floating continental landmass, far above the reach of some of these earth-trembling monstrosities.
With such an unforgiving world where the strongest rules over others, all the mortal races values power above all else. With the power of the infinite possibilities of magic and guidance of their deities, the mortal races could fight back against the occasional attack from the world below.
However, there would be times when the forces from below are too powerful for the mortal races to confront. Thus, heroes will rise among them, chosen by their deities to fight against these primeval monsters. Most succeeds in their quests and some would sadly fail that could leads whole nations to their demise. Such is the struggle of the world of Edea.

+The Date system in Edea+
The Lunar Season Cycle consists of sixteen month. The combination of the two moons, Wilxo and Xilco above Edea creates a season. There is only four season within a year. And within each season there is four month according to what phase are those two moons appear, which is either a Full Lunar, North Lunar, New Lunar and South Lunar. There is thirty days within each month. So, there is 480 daylight or days within a year. The date is written in a manner of what daylight it is, which moon phase it is, which season it is.
