my hands are wet. That's the first thing I register as my body awakens. My eyes are glues shut aswell. Slowly I raise my hands to my eyes and rub away flakes of something. I open my eyes. Where am I? Flakes of dried blood litter the floor and stick to my fingers. That was what had been forcing my eyes shut. My head throbs from a gash across my forehead, probably from the smashed vase that got knocked off my desk. A gift from Luna. Something stirrs next to me. I sit bolt upright. Bodies litter the floor around me. There's no sign of the cause of death. The thing that moved. What is it? I look down and my eyes find Luna. Her soft features are marred with pain. Her red hair made darker by the dried blood still undulating from the swollen spot on the side of her head. At least she's breathing. Sluggishly I look around. Everyone I can see is dead. Everyone except Luna and me. "Hunter?" A soft moan full of pain penetrates my heart, I can't stand to see her in pain. I turn to see Luna, her eyes wide and frightened. "What... happend?" she whispers, looking around.
"I honestly don't know..." I reply.
