Around three hours had passed since both of them began to drink, and by now, two of them were completely drunk. Their cheeks were flushed red.
Oh Miyeon's hair was a mess, and her hair band was removed long ago from around her hair. Constant giggles escaped from her mouth while she held on to the glass of wine, and raising it up, she took a sip out of it.
Multiple empty wine bottles laid in front of them while they indulged themselves in the drink. Some of the wine was spilled on the table.
Taejoon was in no better state compared to Oh Miyeon. His once neat hair was completely dishevelled, and his top button of his shirt was completely unbuttoned. Creases appeared in his shirt while a small stain of wine was visible at one side.
"Rock, paper, and scissor!" both of them exclaimed loudly and enthusiastically.
While Oh Miyeon's hand formed into a fist, opposite to her Taejoon did a scissor with his hand. Seeing that she was the winner, giggles left her mouth.
"I won!" she cheered, "Now, tell me a secret of yours."
"A secret? I know one, but hush. You can't say anyone about it, especially Oh Miyeon," he voiced out as his cheeks puffed a little.
"Oh Miyeon? That's my name, but don't worry. I won't say it to anyone," Miyeon said while letting out couple of chortles.
"Soobin Hyung actually had feelings for Oh Miyeon although he never confessed to her," he voiced out, "You can't really say it to anyone. Hyung threatened me to keep quiet."
"Oh," Miyeon replied.
"Let's do it again," he yelled.
Oh Miyeon nodded, and after saying 'rock, paper, and scissors', both of them shaped hands into one of them. This time Taejoon was the winner as Oh Miyeon did a paper while he was the scissor.
"Do you want to know a secret? It really hurt me when Soobin pretended to not know me when he met at the reunion. I was sad when he left, but I thought that he had a reason behind it.
However, when he ignored me at the reunion, I felt as if I got stabbed multiple times. It made me wonder how insignificant I was in his life. I also wanted to punch him at this moment and yell at him for not remembering.
But then, he looked so coldly at me. It was scary. He felt differently person to me all of a sudden. Maybe that's when, I understood.
Ah! Miyeon, you are too hung over the past; he doesn't even care about it any longer. That realization hurt, but I guess for someone like Soobin, meeting a person like me is a common occurrence," Oh Miyeon confessed.
Even if her voice was slightly slurred, one was able to make out what she had said easily. Sadness flashed through her eyes as she stared down at her table.
On the other hand, Min Taejoon had soon fallen asleep on his table— unable to listen to the entire thing.
Unbeknownst to both of them, the door behind them was open for quite some time, and that person listened to the conversation held inside.
