Chapter 6 - The Year of Revolutions (1848)

The Spring of Europeans as i call it, it was the largest uprisings in a year, in Europe.

The Revolutions were bourgeois revolution with democratic and liberal nature, the spread of the revolution started when France had a revolution in February 1848.

The known causes of the revolution was leadership dissatisfaction, and nationalism, the revolutions were led by ad hoc working class, middle class and reformers.

Many of the revolutions were quickly suppressed and tens of thousands of people died during this, and others were exiled, but many had positive effects, like the listed.

I. Abolition of Serfdom in Austria and Hungary

II. End of Absolute Monarchy in Denmark.

III. Representative Democracy was put into effect in the Netherlands.
