Chapter 6 - Divinity | Village of the Eternal Forest [5]

The Lords of Divinity is what we called ourselves in the previous world. After we transferred to this world we decided to make our Titles a reality.

I was the Lord of Energy, making me a great researcher into energetics and mechanical engineering. It also gave me more control over my internal energies, which was a great boon to my research. I'm not sure how exactly our titles increased our strength. But they have, and the effects of when we say them are great. Mr. Silvereyed is terrified of us, although he seems to be keeping it under control. I think I frightened Nora as well. Now that I think of it we never gave the wolves our full titles did we?

Oh well.

We make our way back to the village. When did we get a shield fence? Must of been Jennifer's idea. It looks nice though. Hmm, those tree house homes gave me and idea. Nanotech has been rather down lately, and Jordan has been busy helping Sarah. Biotics have been rather useful, but I feel as if we are underestimating the power of Nanotech. I'll ask Jordan to get back to working on his nano machines when we return. He's the Lord of Nano after all.

Anyways I should organize the information we got from Mr. Silvereyed now.

First off we are in what the residents call the Eternal Forest. A forest that has apparently existed in this world from the beginning of time. I'm not too sure about this, but I like the mindset of anything is possible. Anyways these humanoids are called Elves apparently. I've never heard of Elves in our previous world, but then again humans were antagonistic to everyone different then themselves in the older days.

There are apparently many groups in this world, more races than our world at least. Which isn't impossible I think due to Shade. I wonder why their face scrunched up when they talked about the breastmen race? What are the beastmen race? Uh, it's too early to make judgement. After what we went through in the previous world, the others and I are reluctant to judge others too early. That's what got our government destroyed in the first place. Crap I'm going off track.

Anyways, Races. There are monsters, dwarves, fairies, elves, demons, halflings, giants, humans, and beastmen. I look forward to meeting all of them. We are in the southern continent of Morriland.

Apparently the Elves are a long lived race. Unlike us they aren't immortal, but they can live up to a few thousand years old. Which means it may be possible to make friends outside of the Divinity. They also worship gods apparently, and their have been actual activities from their gods. I suppose it shouldn't surprise us that godlike entities exist. But we still were. Heh, the Village Hidden in the Leaves huh, reminds me of an old manga I read once. Hmm, we could act like ninja if we wanted couldn't we? Nah, we are too futuristic for such a thing.

Anyways the Elves are apparently at war with another group on the other side of the forest. Originally I surprised by this, but then they said they lived underground. Which made me realize that we need to upgrade our radar to reach underground as well. Who knows how many things we've missed. Oh crap. We have a miner active at our home, what if we accidentally dig into someones home!? I better send a text over the village. We really should have prospected the ground before attempting to dig. Well we did get a pretty good yield of materials at least.

I wonder if it's possible to make plants that produce metals? Actually isn't it possible to make matter out of energy if we have enough? I remember we made some sand once using a high core. I need to talk to the Lord of Creation Nevil. He'd surely appreciate a task like this. He's been complaining about his lack of preferred metals for a while. Getting a 100% purity out of the Eternity Forge has been difficult, the most we've been able to get is 90% purity. It's weird. Norman the Lord of Chem has been working on a solution to purify the metals using chemicals. We could probably make an acid blaster out of his wasted materials.

Ah there's the village!
