Chapter 10 - Divinity | The Village of the Eternal Forest [8]

Progress has gone well these days. We've started work on the Iron Tower. Something we hoped we wouldn't have to use again. We've also changed the layout of the Village. We've been pulling out the foundations we laid for days now. Separating our layout from the world. Turning the Village into an Iron Tower will take a while. We have to get all our Divinity tools done in order to complete the Iron Tower. Which means I'll have to step up research on my divinity tool, the Infinity Core. Just in case we have repaired the Trans dimensional Device, We are currently working on combining it with the Village. You know, I probably shouldn't call it village anymore, since it's slowly turning into a ship. This things going to be our base for millions of years. So we've spent a lot of time working on it. We haven't been in this world for too long now that I think about it. It's also amazing we've made such progress in such a short time. The laser artillery system is fully deployed at least. If we are bugged by the hostiles in this world we can blow them to pieces. On other notes, In the process of working on the Infinity Core I came up with an Idea about the energy cores formed in our bodies, and after a experiment I proceeded to crush every single one in our bodies. We've genetically modified our bodies after this event, we turned our bodies into cores in a way. We can flawlessly create the energies that those cores produced within our bodies and use them with ease.

Unfortunately however the Humanis have decided to separate themselves from us. Nora was reluctant to say the least about leaving me. But in the end Shade took his pack and left. They come by sometimes when the hunts aren't going too well. We have made progress in talking with others as well. Thanks to the connection with us the Elves have made huge progress in growing their community. In some sense they consider us equal to them. Which is strange since after several modifications we have passed their strength immensely. A single one of us could destroy everything in this forest now I believe.

On other notes, we have figured out the System. Once we did I was quite happy with what it was. Apparently that core is a management core. It allows all the cores within the bodies to grow normally without harming the host. We let the cores reform on the Humanis after figuring this out. It also let's them select their evolution. Took us a surprising amount of time to figure it out. Feels like something out of a game. Due to this we had a idea to create a Divinity Seed System. We weren't sure what to do with it exactly. But it was an amazing thing, it's job was to elevate another to our level. However for some reason it just disappeared. We are unsure where it ended up exactly, but we have found evidence of dimensional tearing, we have reason to believe it's looking for a host. But we are uncertain of course. Eventually we decided to leave it be and leave it to the lucky person who would gain it. I developed a energy mute core on the system so it's unlikely anyone will sense it.

I fully developed my AI! I call him Artimes. He's a great kid, took a while to develop a body for him. After a while he seemed to integrate completely with the world. He has drones everywhere now, he's kinda like a god in a sense now. For me he's just a little brat though. But good things don't last for long.

It was decided with the rest of Divinity. Our progress has started to stagnate on this world, without the presence of new things to investigate we have started to slow down in our research of our various divinities. We decided instead of simply leaving we would transfer using the Transporter to various parts of the world. We have to finish combining the village into a ship first.

It has been 7 years since we arrived in this world.
