When I woke the next morning. The first thing I saw was red. A bunch of red hair.
' Achoo' I sneezed. And the owner of the red hair reeled back. It was Castor with a marker, where he got it from, I don't know.
" Morning, bro," he greeted me. He's done something I can feel it. I look at him with skepticism etched all over my sleep ridden face.
" What did you do?" I asked slowly. He grinned, and held up the marker. I sat there confused for a moment till it hit me what he did. I rushed to the nearest mirror and groaned when I saw my reflection. I had marker glasses, a mustache, a goatee, and the devil's horns. Fan-freaking-tastic.
"Dude, really?" I asked as I turned around. He laughed. He walked over and snapped his fingers and 'poof' the market was gone.
" Woah, can you do that with the dishes too?" I asked him in amazement. He sweat dropped. He swatted me on the back of my head. Well, it was worth a try.
" Get dressed we are leaving in two hours!" Castor reminded me as he plopped down on my bed. I nodded and as I made my way down to the dormitory bathroom. I saw all my bags packed. Hm, magic, I guess. Having all you problems solved with a flick of the wrist. I took my shower with little to no problems, and I dressed in my normal attire of a hoodie vest with strings, a T-shirt, some jeans, a beaded necklace, and a pair of sneakers.
I exited the bathroom and headed back to my room where Castor was sitting balancing a pen on his nose. He turned as he saw me walking through the door.
"Ready to go?" Castor questioned me. I nodded. I wondered where we were going. It couldn't have been school(Castor wasn't enrolled and he said we were starting our new one next week.), it couldn't be the new house ( it was too early), so where?
" Where are we going?" I asked him with my head tilted. He chuckled mischievously.
" You'll see!" He answered me vaguely with a glint in his eye. Why did I have a feeling something was going to go wrong? I ignored the feeling as Castor got up and led me out. As we walked onto the sidewalk and I looked up at the dark, grey, and lifeless sky, I thought, ' The weather called for sunny skies all week, absolutely no clouds and no chance for precipitation. Something is up, but what is it?' When we crossed the street it started raining, the rain was red and sticky. It was warm and thick too.
' What is this stuff?' I thought to myself.
My eyes widened to saucers as I realized what was and I retched.
