Chapter 2 - Town

Cindy headed out to town, she went down to the black market through some shady alley way. While she walking down the alley way she saw some guards looking through them. She went towards a crate and hid her small body inside of one.

"Clear." She heard one of the guards, he had a deep voice. They started to walk off and out of the alley way, that was until she sneezed. The captain held his hand up in a fist. 'I guess that means to stop.' He turned around and headed towards the sound, a black cat jumped on top of the crate, they all straightened up their backs.

"It was just a cat, what a waste of time." They all turned around and left the alley way to leave the 'cat'. Cindy pokes her head out of the crate and looked around to see if the coast was clear. She slowly climbed out of the crate and started to head towards the black market.

When she reached it, it was abandoned. She walked towards the swords, and daggers. She picked up a few and walked towards the bow and arrows. She picked one up that looked like an white elf from the forest wood make. The bow was make out of white wood, and the structure of it was magnificent.

She heard commotion coming from where she came from. She quickly grabbed a bag and put all of the weapons in it and hid. She hid in side of a trap door, there was a hole so she look through it if the guards would head towards her direction. It was around twenty minutes until they left. Since Cindy was scared to go out she turned around to see if the hole she was in would take her anywhere. Turns out it was a tunnel, she walked for what feels like two hours, when she reached another trapped door she opened it slowly. She was in the farmlands.

"Wow~" Her eyes sparkled with happiness. She walked out of the tunnel and closed it. She started to walk towards an abandoned house but it was gorgeous. It was made out of red brick with vines on top of a wall, she walked up to the door and knocked on it to see if anyone was home. She didn't get and answer, she knocked again and still didn't get an answer. She opened the door and walked into the house.

"Hello? Is anyone home?" She looked around the room, it was beautiful. The way the walls were made looked like they could stand forever. Cindy placed her bag on the table that was in the kitchen and started to pull out her blades she stole from the black market.

Cindy felt tired after a long day of trying to get swords. She eased to the stairs and walked up them to see if there was a bedroom for her to sleep for the night. She already hid her swords just in case if anyone does come to this place. Once she finally found the bedroom she was so tired that she just plopped her little body on the bed and drifted off to sleep.

Once she woke up she was in a completely different room then she was. The room was black. She couldn't see anything. Footsteps could be heard behind her, her head was throbbing with pain like she was hit in the head.

"Well, Well, Well. Look who's awake." She couldn't see there face but the voice sounded familiar. "I thought that you would never wake up, sis."
