Chapter 22 - creepy floor

I could remember few about the address. but I didnt have a hard time finding the house like i thought I would. since it was burned and falling apart. "they havent demolished it to build a new house" says kasey amazed that the house was still standing. I tell Jackson to stay with Kai and miyu while i go find the money. kasey decided to come along just in case. she gave misty to cole and headed in the house with me. I was kind-of scared. where we were going was not to the basement but anoother floor under the basement. that place always had the weirdest things going on. I remember why i was scared of that place. once when I was little, I saw this old man on a rocking chair. I called out to him and got closer and then he jumped and grabbed my hand opened a portal to this world that looked like the end of the world. I screamed in terror and my parents ran down to where i was. my dad kicked the old man and my mom pulled me to safety. I clearly didn't want to go to that creepy @$$ place. "kasey, maybe you should head back, this place can act really weird" I tell her while walking down the basement stairs. i look at her and she looks at me like this -_-. I can't help it and i laugh and end up falling on a pile of ash. "are you ok?!" she says coming down the stairs quicker. " Oh- I dont know kasey, would someone who fell down be ok?" I tell her sarcastically while getting up. she laughs at me and pulls me up to my feet. we stand there looking for the door, we didnt have to tho, the second kasey moved we fell to the other floor. I screamed terrified and hit the floor along with kasey falling on me. "why didnt your parents ever think of changing the floor from wood to something else?" she asks while getting up. "because my almost swore that floor was safe" I say getting up and laughing a bit. "whoa!" yells kasey. I look at what shes looking at and I see a huge green portal open. I hear cole and Jackson comomg down with the twins and misty. "what the f*** is that thing?!" says Jackson stepping back. "that's the portal who tries to take me when I was little" I tell jackson also stepping back. " we should leave, ALL of us, especially bexause of the kids" says cole grabbing kaseys hand. my ears twitch and my tail goes up. I thought it was only me but kasey,cole, and Jackson were also doing it. i look at miyu and Kai. they may be babies and they may be 1 yr old but what I felt, what EVERYONE felt was so strong even the kids could sense it.
