Chapter 24 - survival

i look at kasey and she looks really tired. "how long have you been fighting these zombies?" I ask look at miyu trying to walk. "I dont really know, they come once in a while, but im not really sure" she say lying down. after a few hours we start walking looking for shelter. the sky was red and grey. like if there was blood in the sky and it was about to rain. we find a cave and we decide to build a fire. "miyu darling come ea--" i dont finish my sentence because I see miyu and misty flying. miyu had golden and white wings. while misty having this really really white color wings. misty looked like an angel but on the other hand miyu looked like a trouble maker. "your daughter looks like an angel, mind raising mine?" I say laughing and patting miyu's head. kasey also laughed a bit. but we stop at a sound of struggles. "whats out there?" I whisper gently while holding miyu's hand. "im not sure but I'll go check, stay with misty and make sure she doesnt get hurt." says kasey walking out of the cave. "m-m-mommy!" says misty looking sad. kasey turns and as she saw misty say her first word something jumped at her and stabbed her on the back. "KASEY!!" I yell. "MOMMY!" yells misty as she starts crying. miyu flys to misty to comfort her and I run to kasey to check her wound. a few minutes later I wrapped kasey with some soft fabric I found. i used it on her wound. I was hungry and tired but i was terrified to go to sleep and wake up to danger. I didnt know what to do. i wanted to go look for food but, if while I was gone kasey and the girls got attacked..kasey was to weak for that now. so I decided to stay with her until tomorrow.
