Here is some information on the power system, skill/technique/magic ratings, item ratings, etcetera.

Power System:

1. Stats are in terms of an average human = 1. Example: Strength: 1.2, Intelligence: 0.8, etcetera.

2. Ranking is in terms of zones and levels. Each zone has a minimum level requirement besides Dregs. There is no "maximum" level.

2.1 Zones: Dregs, Mortal, Variant, Elite, Superior, King, Immortal, and Wielder of The Forces (WTF)

2.2 Levels: Levels are what you would see in any rpg.

Skill/Technique/Magic ratings:

Skills, techniques, and magics have the same ratings, but different naming based on which one it is. Besides Tiereds, World and Godlike ratings, the rest also have low, intermediate, and complete subrates. Tiered ratings are considered already complete, but are not strong, or unique enough to be considered Mythic. While Mythic has the ability to become complete and possible be promoted to World rating.

ratings: fundamental, common, tiered (1-9), Mythic, World, Godlike

Item Ratings:

Items are generally mentioned with one of then 3 subrates (lower, intermediate, and complete). But are in fact subrated with levels of 1 through 9. the subrates are 1-3, 4-6 and 7-9 for low, intermediate and complete respectively. Items, if viewed with special equipment, certain skills/techniques/magics, or ceetain innate born talents, will give off a glow based on their rating.

ratings: Dregs, Basic, Common, Variant, Bastardized, Earthen, and World

rating glows: Dregs-Black, Basic-Dark Grey, Common-Grey, Variant-Blue, Bastatdized-Red, Earthen-Green, and World-White

Races:

There are many races in existence, some are as big as universes, others are smaller than particles. Some exist within time, outside of it, some exist as flesh, while others are nothing more than a thought. Needless to say, there are too many unknown and unexplainable races that exist. But here are some of the more common ones.

races: Humans, elves (all variations and some rare or unheard of), dwarves, the various monster races (Giant toad, flaming lion, vanishing fish to name a few), Giants, trougs, titans, and the ferrousians.
