The day after Joseph's birth, he was woken up by a sound he had long become accustomed to, the sound of notifications being sent by the Ascension Merchant System he had obtained shortly before his death.

After reading the System notifications in his mind, Joseph was slightly startled. Had he not just been born? Why would his body require re-construction, how much would this affect his body? Would his new parents and family find something amiss? - "System, before I enter a selection, could you tell me what the impact will be to my new parents and family? Also what if something in this world detects the changes being made to my body?" - While still being a baby, and not being able to do much with his current body, Joseph would rather not attract any unwanted attention from any unknown possible threats this world has to offer.

(Of course Host, changes being made will all be internal and with the System's capabilities no outside sources are capable of interacting with Hosts body as set by default in the System's directives. The Host can allow outside sources within his body to a certain degree and only after a source scan has taken place to prevent unwanted interference.)

With peace of mind, Joseph with his eyes closed sighed and went back to sleep. While he was aware of what was around him he could not quite understand what was being said so he decided not to pay any attention.

Within the room, the young lady kept staring at her newborn son with a loving look on her face, she had not even noticed her husband and her father and mother in law coming into the room to check on their grandson and their daughter in law.
"Hello Mary, how are you and the child doing?" - Her father in law looked towards cot where his new grandson lay asleep seemingly mumbling in his sleep.
"Good morning father, I am fine the nurses have told me I will be fully recuperated within the next week, afterwards I can be discharged from the hospital along with Joseph." - Mary replied with a smile on her face.
"Hmm, so you had already decided on a name? It is a good name, it is the name of my great grandfather and the person from our family who first traveled to another dimension" - The old man nodded contently at the chosen name, it was a name that brought him some happy memories of when he was still a child.
"He looks so cute when his asleep, haha it looks like young Joseph is talking in his sleep" - The old lady commented with a large smile on her face as she looked at her sleeping grandson.
"Maybe his hungry and wants to be fed." - Joseph's new father laughed heartily as he gently picked him up and passed him to his wife. - "Eat well son, you need to grow up strong to carve out your future out of this world."
With her husband passing their son waiting to be fed, Mary's smile grew wider, it was true bliss experiencing motherhood, no magic or technology in the world could ever replace such a great feeling, with that thought in her mind she nodded with a smile as she watched them walk out of her private room.

Two years after his birth, Joseph had mostly fed and grew on a repeat cycle. He grew to know his grandparents quite closely with their daily visits to see the treasure of their family and much like with any other family getting spoiled at every opportunity available by his parents and grandparents.

After five years of his birth, Joseph had grown and developed almost too perfectly for his age group, from his current body structure it could be seen that he would be a ladies man when he was much older, this of course not only would it broaden his future aspects with in the world he lives in but also the continuation of the family line.
"System could you bring up my current statistics?"- Every now and then Joseph would check his Status, primarily to see his stats being changed as he was growing. He still had not used his abilities to convert trash into treasure because he was unsure how to explain any item that may suddenly appear that may be of tremendous value next to a 5 year old child.

Suddenly the System's menu appeared within Josephs mind:

As Joseph looked over his character window, he still remembers the shock he received when he first noticed his race and age 3 years ago, since then he had been trying his best to try and gather some sort of information that may clearly explain what this could mean.
And the System was of no help, it's response seemed aggravating for some off reason and it was always the same no matter when he asked for the past three years.

From what he could gather from his family, the Ethereal race did not seem to be something that came from either side of the family. So where could it come from? This question has been puzzling him for the longest time, and it seemed it would for a longer period of time into his future.
He had long forgotten about the time of his birth and the reconstruction of his body by the system.
