"Get your hands off of my girl."
Seal got goosebumps upon hearing that voice. Somehow, she felt safe even if she can't move from Brie's curse.
'This is impossible. He still have four days to be released.' While thinking that, she could feel a strong gaze piercing her back.
"My dear brother Ocean. You already escape from hell? Or you're really excited to see me?" Brie asked the bruised prince.
Ocean got some visible cuts and bruise. His clothes are torn that made Seal think that he fought the minotaurs.
"Didn't you hear me, you rascal? Get you filthy hands off of my girl," the fourth prince once again said with full of authority. His hands are curled in fist and itching to land a punch on Brie's face.
Brie chuckled. He touched Seal's shoulders and forced her face Ocean. Seal can't fight against Brie since someone has numbed her.
'You bastard. I'll kick your balls once I escape,' she glared at the prince from Paladin.
"Aww. I like this beautiful maiden. She looks so fragile. I want have a taste of her, too. Can I?" Brie asked.
He tilted Sealina's head to face him. With his fingers on her chin, Brie looked at Seal's lips as if he's going to kiss her. But before their face meet each other, Brie's body is flew away and the light where the force came from almost blind Seal's eyes.
No, it's not just a light. It's a large ball of blue fire. And when he looked at Ocean who is gritting in anger, she noticed that the fire came from the fourth prince. It's coming from Ocean's palms.
"You really have a nerve to test me? Do you want to die? Because I'll gladly give you what you want," Ocean said.
He aimed his palms towards Brie's body but Brie just smirk. After giving that expression, he turned his gaze to Seal and the girl suddenly fell and became unconscious.
The Song brothers muttered curses. They want to help Seal but the curse that Brie cast on them is preventing them from meddling.
"No! What the f*ck did you do to my girl?" Ocean asked in panic. He charged to Brie but before he can lay his flaming hands to his dear friend, Brie talked.
"I didn't do anything. I just stared at her beautiful face, my brother. Maybe she just fell asleep after seeing my handsome face. Just like an ordinary girl, she's attracted to me. I will not wonder if she will not recognize you when she woke up," Brie said.
Having the thought of Seal not recognizing him makes Ocean crazy. He's been loving her since the day she's born. He's been crazy to touch her but waited for long until she became a lady. And he will not let Brie lay his hands on his queen.
He gritted his teeth and charged into Brie. He threw some fire balls while the prince from Paladin deflated the fire balls using his purple smoke. Ocean didn't stop. He has the urge to kill this dear best friend of him. He knows that Brie is playing with him.
While the two prince are fighting, Pierce kept his eyes in the girl laying in the floor.
'F*ck you, Brie. Once I get out of here, I will kill you. And my dumb brother, he should help Seal first.'
Seal opened her eyes but she still felt high in the curse. She felt floating and her eyesight is swirling. She's thirsty and looking for something. She wants something. She opened her lips and the next thing she said froze everything on the spot.
"Brie, my love."
Ocean froze on his spot when he heard that voice. It took a while for him to process what he just heard.
'Brie, my love? F*ck!'
Prince Brie looked at Ocean's face and smirked. He got hit by Ocean's fire that caused the side of his mouth to bleed.
He wiped his blood on his lips before saying, "My dear, who did you call love again?"
Ocean's eyes flared. He can't let this jerk steal his precious from him.
He charged and choke Brie by his neck. He lift him up and yelled. "WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY SEALINA?!"
Sealina felt under control when she stand up as if she regained her energy. But in contrast, she felt drained.
"Who are you? Why sre you hurting, Prince Brie?" She asked. She knew who he is. She can remember but his lips are saying the opposite.
Ocean stopped and let go of Brie's neck. He turned to face his Sealina. He doesn't know what to say. It's as if he's looking at something precious but can't recognize him.
"I-I am…" before he can even finished his statement, Morie warned him.
"Brother! On your back!" Morie shouted. Ocean turned and saw a coming dagger from Brie. He ducked to avoid the poisonous blade. And then he realized, the blade is not for him, it's for her girl.
The blade hit Seal on her stomach and she eventually fell. He can see different emotions in his girl's eyes and recognition. She's back. But she's dying.
The fourth prince turned to face the bastard who stab his one and only treasure.
"You bastard! HOW DARE YOU F*CKING HURT MY WIFE? I WILL DEFINITELY DRIVE YOU TO HELL!!!"
Ocean charged towards Brie but before he could kill him, Brie's body vanished into thousands of butterflies after leaving these words, "You better protect your girl. They're coming."
He gritted his teeth. "Second brother, send our men and hunt that shameless prince. Bring them to me and I will cut him into pieces," Ocean said.
"But Ocean, before you kill Brie, let's save Sealina first," Quintus told him. He came back to his senses and saw his girl's body laying on the floor.
"Her body is too weak to fight the poison. It's spreading really fast," Nyle informed him.
He kneeled and pull Seal's body on his lap. He wiped her tears and carefully touched her cheeks.
"M-my prince," Seal whispered.
"Hush, my love. You will live no matter what. I will hunt that bastard and kill him for you," he gently said to his treasure.
"I-I don't want to die. I w-want to live with y-you," Seal said.
Ocean can't take looking at her helpless girl. He turned to his brothers and asked for help.
"Shit, there's no other way," Landon said.
"She is dying. Her human body will be burned by the poison soon," Nyle said.
"B-but..." Ocean can't say a word. The only way they mean is finally converting her. He wanted to but that will also mean that he'll claim her soul.
"You can't decide? If you will not bite her, them I'm willing to convert her," Pierce said.
"NO!" Ocean shouted.
He focused his eyes on the girl lying on his lap.
"II'll help her by myself," Ocean said.
He kissed Seal's forehead and murmured.
"This will hurt a little but it'll heal you. I promised to take care of you. I can't disappoint her."
He dug in to Seal's neck and did the last thing he will do just to save her.
Seal's eyesight was in blurry until she felt two sharp fangs sucking her flesh. She can feel a writhing pain. The feeling was painful than the first time. Her body is burning and her entire system is flipping. Her eyesight is turning red.
She tried to clench his fist to contain the pain. Her eyes shot open. Her senses became sharp. She can see everything, she can hear everything, she can feel everything. Her mortality left her as the fangs stopped sucking her neck.
Ocean raised his head and looked at his girl with flaring red eyes. He smiled in triumph. He did save her.
"Y-you…"
But before Seal finished what she is saying, she passed out. Ocean eventually got in panic.
'Is she dead? Did I kill her? But she talked. Why is she isn't waking up?'
Ocean's mind is full of question. Then a hand pat his shoulder.
"She's just resting, brother. Her energy is drained. You saved her," Quintus said beside him.
Ocean stared at his girl who is sleeping peacefully.
'I saved her?' He can't still believe it. He pulled his treasure tightly in his arms and buried his face in her neck where his fresh bites are showing.
"I won't let this happen again. I can't let another girl to sacrifice for me," Ocean whispered in her neck
His brothers stiffened as they hear their fourth brother.
'Still because of her?' Pierce asked himself and clenched his teeth.
Kane cleared his throat to ease the mood. "Let's all rest. You need to regain your energy, fourth brother. We will take care of the others."
The Song brothers left the hall while Ocean is carrying Sealina in his room. But one Song walked on the opposite direction.
