'I'm sorry, Queen Jia.'
Seal's eyes darted open. It was like those four words in her mind brought her back to her senses. She saw how Ocean is getting drunk on her body.
"O-ocean," she called the prince with her trembling lips. Ocean stopped. He must've sensed that something is wrong with Seal.
They looked at each other and Ocean laughed sarcastically. He even shook his head like he can't get over of an old joke.
"Mom must've told you," Ocean said. Seal looked down and nodded.
Ocean lifted Seal's chin using his fingers. Seal thought that Ocean will be mad because she didn't want to have the thing (you know ;) with him. But the moment she met his blue orbs, she knew that he already understand.
"I'm just so excited to have you. I can't control myself when I'm with you. It feels like you're putting me under your spell and the only way to lift it is to be touched by you," Ocean sincerely said without taking his eyes from hers.
'Did you know that I feel the same way?' Seal asked using her mind.
'Yes, love. I know,' Ocean replied using his mind.
The fourth prince kissed Seal's forehead. Seal closed her eyes at the slight touch. Ocean run his fingers from her lips, to her jaw and her shoulders. It's as if he's tracing the way of his kisses. Seal wanted to scream. She's tempted but she can't.
'Not yet,' Seal thought and as Ocean read her thoughts, he laughed at her.
'It looks like I'm not the only one who got a problem with our situation,' Ocean mentally told her.
"You should go," Seal said.
"Why?" Ocean asked. "Didn't you want me here?" He added.
"No, it's not that. It's getting late. We have to go to Paladin Kingdom tomorrow. We should get some rest," she said.
"Alright but can I stay here for a while? I'll promise that I'll leave later," Ocean said.
"Yes but... I have to get ready myself to bed," Seal excused.
"Like having a bath in the human world?" Ocean cleared as if vampires don't take a bath. Seal nodded and a sinful thought crossed the prince's mind.
"I can have a bath with you," Ocean said with a wicked smile on his lips.
"NO!" Seal blurted out. She's been suffering because of the Prince's presence and he is not helping her. Ocean and his seductive thoughts are testing Seal's patience.
Ocean chuckled at his girl's actions. "Okay, just be quick. I don't have that kind of patience. I might follow you," he said.
Seal had her eyes wide open at what Ocean said. She fixed her dress and quickly get away from Ocean who is lying on the bed. His head is resting on his hand and facing her with his teasing expression.
"Don't you dare, water boy," Seal said and Ocean just motioned for her to go on.
Seal turned her back at the prince of temptation and went to the bathroom. She locked the door to make sure that Ocean will not enter. But the prince and his ways, she's hoping that he won't break the door.
She stripped her clothes off and looked at the mirror just to get her eye wide at herself. Her body, the ones exposed to Ocean's kisses, are starting to swell and became red. Kiss marks. Seal blushed at the thought that once again, she let Ocean marked her.
'For a vampire, he's a jerk.' She thought. And Ocean mentally laughed at her.
'Pardon, my love. You're just so irresistible.'
She rolled her eyes at the thought of the fourth prince and placed herself on the tub filled with scented water. Seal sighed as the water calmed her senses. She kept on thinking about things. Many things happened on that day.
Seal was about to cleanse her body when she noticed something in the back of her left shoulder. It was like a birthmark or a tattoo. She's not sure. It's not there before so she's wondering where she might get it. Maybe it was a scar left by Brie's curse. That's what she thought.
She didn't took long enough in the bathroom and went out, afraid that Ocean might take his joke seriously. She opened the door and saw the fourth prince, still on the bed. He's looking at the hourglass (she didn't know where did he get it), as if he's keeping a time on her.
"It took you so long. I was about to enter the bathroom," Ocean said. He get up and sit on the bed with his back leaning against the headrest.
Seal crawled in the bed with a towel on her shoulders. She's keeping the marks of the prince from sight since she's only wearing a white silk night dress, showing her shoulders and neck.
She can feel Ocean's eyes on her. She looked at the prince's blue orbs and saw how the prince of temptation admired her beauty. He pulled the towel from her shoulders that startled the girl.
"Come on, you look great in my eyes. Still beautiful, and mine," Ocean said. He crawled closer to her and started drying her hair with the towel.
Something entered Seal's mind. What if the prince did this to other girls before her? What if he made a girl feel like this? Those kind of thoughts made Seal sigh and Ocean noticed it.
"What's wrong, my love?" Ocean asked her. Seal didn't answer for a second. "You can tell me everything," Ocean said.
She looked at those blue orbs again. Those eyes that can make her feel happy. Those eyes that make her feel safe.
"Did you... uhmm... ever do this to other girls?" Seal asked him.
"No," Ocean replied. "I never did this to other girls but they're the one doing it to me," he added and placed a smiled on his lips.
'Didn't know that the prince of temptation is also a prince of boastfulness.' Seal thought.
"But seriously speaking, I haven't looked at other woman the way I looked at you. It's only you that could make me act like this," Ocean said.
Seal knew that Ocean is telling the truth but she can't let herself be swayed by his sweet words. Because if ever, she might not be able to make it to their wedding.
"You should go," Seal said.
"Can I stay a little longer?" Ocean asked and pouted which Seal didn't expect from the prince.
'Did he really pout? He's cute.'
"No. I want to rest. We will each other again tomorrow," she excused. She's feeling something different in her chest because of the fourth prince.
"Alright. I want to spend more time but I'll let you rest. But next time, I will never leave your side," he said and crawled out of the bed.
He cupped Seal's face and place a soft kiss on her lips. "I love you," he whispered. Seal didn't answer his statement. She's feeling something but she's not sure if it's already love.
Ocean noticed that Seal isn't ready to answer his statement. He felt sad but he brushed it off. He must be patient because it will never be easy to be loved back.
He smiled at her and turned his back out of the room. Once the he is gone, Seal sighed and talk to herself again.
"I must learn how to love him," she said and positioned herself to sleep.
Meanwhile, a pair of eyes was watching the scene from a nearby tree. He watched how Seal reacted to Ocean. And the moment the fourth prince left the the room, he is free to admire the woman's beauty.
'She's really different. She's a treasure and Ocean will just hurt her. I must not let her fall to him.' he said to himself.
It didn't took long when that person flapped his wings and left the tree. But he is sure to steal her away from the fourth prince.
