"He got nothing."
Seal looked at the youngest prince with her eyes opened wide.
'Why do the brothers received a birth gift while Ocean doesn't? Is Pierce playing with me?' Seal asked herself.
"W-What... How did that happen?" Sealina can't help but to ask.
"After marriage of the King and Queen, it's a tradition for them to go to the House of Stars where a holy woman tells the future of the kingdom by peeking at it and identifying the future children of the Highness.
"The holy woman foresee six children of the King and Queen. The first born will is a true son. But his eyes are purple just like the King from the 7th generation."
He's pertaining to Prince Kane. Kane has purple eyes and light colored hair.
"The second born will be smarter than the king for he inherited the intelligence of the Queen from 3rd generation," Pierce continued. The second born is Prince Nyle.
"The third will bring joy to the kingdom for he inherited the joyful presence of the King from 12th generation. The fourth will look like the King Io. He'll be the complete replicate except that his eyes are from the Queen of 3rd generation. The fifth and sixth will be twins. One will be as brave as a knight while the other is a replicate of the queen but has the attitude of the king," Pierce said.
The third is Prince Morie. The fourth is Prince Quintus and the twins are Prince Landon and Prince Pierce.
"Even before we are born, the King and Queen planned for their gift for us. But in the middle of giving birth to the princes, after the third, the fourth, who is supposed to be Quintus has changed. A new prince, the one in the middle, with his eyes that has the same color as the ocean, and hair as dark as the darkest night, was born. The holy woman didn't tell about the child with blue eyes being born. So the king and queen doesn't have a gift for him," Pierce said.
"Isn't that unfair? Why did the holy woman didn't see Ocean? Can't they still give them gifts to him even if he isn't at the prophecy?" Seal asked.
She felt pity for Ocean. They don't even predicted that he will exist. That makes him an unexpected prince.
"No. The gifts are according to the prophecy of the holy woman and the direct ancestors of the children," Pierce said.
Seal became sad at the thought of Ocean being a victim of bitter fate. But she didn't saw it coming. The royal family didn't treat him any different because of that.
"Mom and dad loves him so much because of that. Ocean didn't mind it anyway. It's just a prophecy. Sometimes it can change," Pierce said. He sensed that Seal is thinking too much of what he said.
They stayed like that for a couple of minutes until Pierce decided to bring Seal back to her room. Ocean must be looking for her. On the way back, the two bumped into Prince Quintus.
"Where have you been? Ocean is panicking and looking for Seal?" Quintus asked.
"Pardon. I just showed her the Emerald Tree," Pierce said.
"Where is Ocean?" Seal asked.
"He's inside your room. We better go before he burn down the castle," Quintus said.
Quintus held Seal's arm to guide her back to her room. He gave a warning look to the youngest prince before turning his back at him.
Looking at the two people going away, Pierce sighed at them.
'He may not received a birth gift. But he will soon claim the gift that each of us doesn't have.'

Seal almost tripped on the hem of her dress because of the speed of her walk. It's as if she's doing a brisk walking.
"Hey, easy sister. Are you on a run? Or are you excited to see my fourth brother?" Quintus asked and wiggled his eyebrows.
Seal suddenly slowed her walk. She's not excited to see Ocean, right?
"Ocean almost destroyed his room. He kept on looking for you. Outside, inside and even at the guard's house. He even thought that you came back to the human world," The fifth prince said.
"How can I be in the human world? I can't go back, remember?" Seal reminded the prince. She isn't bitter but she already misses her family.
"Right. Anyway, the queen is also looking for you. You know, she's busy these past few days and doesn't have time to talk to you. She said that she already misses her daughter," Quintus added.
They're in the hallway where her room (or basically, Ocean's) is located when she heard a loud thud coming from the room. Or maybe it isn't a loud thud but a sound coming from an opened door.
Ocean is rushing from that door to Seal. He eagerly embraced the lady in his strong arms and caressed her soft hair. Seal can hear whispers from Ocean. She must made him worry a lot.
"Where have you been?" Ocean asked when they parted. Then the fourth prince looked at Quintus and gave him a glare.
"Woah, woah. I'm not the one who kidnapped her. Pierce just took her for a walk," Quintus said. He didn't tell Ocean that Pierce brought her girl to the Emerald Tree.
"Where is Pierce?" Ocean asked again.
"Like always. Spending an alone time with his tree," Morie said. He winked at Seal before turning his back at the two.
Seal and Ocean stayed silent while staring at each other. The prince kept on brushing her hair while looking at her intently.
"I'm sorry," Seal murmured. She doesn't know whether she is sorry for what she did or because of what happened to Ocean.
"Nah, it's okay. I became worried that something bad might happened to you while I'm away. I don't want you to be hurt again," Ocean said.
Ocean came back from the talk with his father and find the room empty. He almost lost himself in panic because he's worried that something happened to Seal.
"I'm already here. I won't go away again. I'm just bored so I requested Pierce to helped me escape," Seal said the exact opposite. It's Pierce that invited her.
"I understand. I'm sorry for keeping you alone here," Ocean said and pulled Seal again in his strong arms. Seal rested her head on the prince's chest.
The two walked silently to the room. Seal felt comfortable, safe and contented in Ocean's arms while the prince's feeling is floating because of the girl beside him.
They went to their room and Seal just dropped her jaw at what she saw. Quintus isn't right when he said that Ocean almost destroyed their room.
Because the room is already destroyed. LITERALLY.
