"I said LET ME OUT!" Mia screamed at her top of her lungs. The servants looked at her startled, as if she lost her mind.
'I am losing my mind here.' Mia thought to herself. Seeing that no one was letting her out, she started picking up anything she could get her hands on and standing on the edge of her bed, started throwing it to the floor.
But all the servants ever did was pick up the items on the floor and placed it back to where it belonged, angering Mia even more. She looked around and saw a lamp on the side of the bed. The lamp looked liked a piece of antique and probably cost a lot. It was an ivory and porcelain lamp with a palladium finish and on the top it had an intricate ivory and gold pleated shade on it. Mia hesitated for a moment but her anger gave way and she yanked the lamp off the night stand.
"LET ME OUT OR ELSE!!!" Mia threatened the people in the room, hovering the lamp above her head with her trembling arms.
The servants looked at her with fear in their eyes. But they didn't say anything just stared at her for a moment.
"Aaaarrgghhh" Mia screamed with all her might as she threw the lamp to ground. The lamp crashed to the floor, broke into a million pieces as it scattered to the ground.

Mia didn't know what day it was. She had no idea what time it was, let alone the day, the month or even the year. She was trapped here and she couldn't figure out why and where she was. Her mind was starting to get dull as she followed the same repetitive cycle of sleep, food, sleep and food.
When she first woke up, she woke up to an unfamiliar surroundings. It felt like she was in a mansion. Or more a castle, full of luxurious materials and expensive goods but she was trapped here. There were servants who came in and out but none of them spoke to her no matter how hard she tried to grab their attention. The servants would come in to leave food and to clean but other than that, they disregarded her as a person altogether and wouldn't even see eye to eye with her. At this point in time, Mia was frustrated and beyond anything, she was plain confused.
'What was she doing here? How did she get here?' Mia tried hard to think but all she remembered was walking home from her part-time job and nothing else.
The only other person who she had seen come to her room was a man. But since that first time when she opened her eyes, she hadn't really seen him. She was drowsy when she first had awoken and could only make out a blurry image of a man with dark hair and dark eyes. She could not remember much more.
The more she was trapped here, the lesser she was interested in anything. She stopped eating and as a result of not eating, felt weak and she would sleep most of the time. Mia opened her eyes as she laid in bed. 'I guess this is how I finally die.' Mia thought to herself. 'I thought poverty and the long hours of work would kill me but I guess I was wrong. I would die in a rich setting with silk bedding and a gold-engraved bed.' Mia chuckled to herself and lost herself to unconsciousness.
