"Ah! The grand Hall is where he would be. He must be having a meeting with his Defense Team right now", Victoria added as she held Mia's hand as she pulled her towards a grand hall. A magnificent hall that was breathtaking. It was a palace alright; but the decor and the structure were all so modern and classy.
Mia looked around and in the middle of the Grand Hall was a round table. A grand round table with white marble top and there were men sitting around the round table. The round table was set up like conference room, where the middle part of it, there was a projector and there was the head of the table; but it had an empty seat. It looked like a throne almost with its detailed seat of carved marble and stone. It looked more like an empty throne.
One of the men in the round table stood up and started explaining about terrains and locations. In the middle of the round table, a hologram image of a rough terrain was displayed and everything the men explained something, he would touch it and the location would be expanded and the man could also manipulate the image. Near the throne-like center, Mia spotted Milo as casually sitting there as if it understood the meeting and what the man explained.
Mia was amazed by the high tech hologram display and was in awe and did not realize that she wanted right into the middle of the round table. She reached out her hand and saw the image reflected right through her hand.
The technology level in Hell was really something. Magical power meets science fiction.
The room felt eerie all of a sudden and Mia looked up to see all the men around the round table get up and felt their eyes on her.
"Hiii.", Mia weakly spoke out.
"Byeee.", Mia finished and tried to make a run out for the middle.
"Guys, meet Mia. Where's Dante?", Victoria chimed it. "Never seen you guys have a meeting without Dante before."
The man that was near Mia in the middle, moved forward and bowed to Mia. "It is a pleasure to meet Lady Mia." When he did so, the other men around the table followed suit and bowed and repeated the same phase.
"Haha. Nice to meet you all.", Mia replied back uncertain by the 'Lady' salutation she just received. "Please call me Mia. Please?", Mia urged desperately.
The man replied back facing Victoria this time, "Dante is away due to some urgent issues. He should be back shortly." After he was done replying back to Victoria, he turned around to Mia and said, "We cannot address the Lady of this manor by her first name."
"But 'Lady' is a little too burdensome and sounds pretentious to me.", Mia was stunned by his response.
"So please call me Mia.", Mia asked again. She was clearly at unease by the address.
Victoria sensed her unease and spoke up on her behalf, "Yeah Zelus, just call Mia, Mia. I'm sure Dante wouldn't mind since he wants her to be comfortable."
Zelus looked uncomfortable to address Mia but Mia took it upon herself to strike while the iron was hot. She took her hand out offered, "Yeah Zelus, just call me Mia. Nice to meet you.", The man was confused by her action and stumped, so Mia suddenly grabbed his hand and shook it roughly, "So it's settled, you're calling me Mia." and let it go immediately and turned around to look at the other men present at the round table.
"You are?", Mia continued and when she did so, one by one, the men stated their names. "Soren. Xylos. Xyler. Aciel. Lanser. Kace. Titan. Nero. Atticus. Jax."
Suddenly Mia realized all these guys were pretty good-looking and their body was pretty muscular and tanned. She felt like she died and went to good-looking guys only heaven.
Victoria noticed her perverted look on Mia's face and scoffed. If Dante knew the look that Mia had on her face right now, he would murder her right there and now. And she was trying to buy some leniency by bringing her here to appease the Great King of Hell but seems like she did quite the opposite.
She smacked Mia's back and asked the guys, "So. What are you guys doing? Seems like you're going on a trip based on the map I just saw. What's going on? Am I not invited?"
Mia winced in pain and was about to tell Victoria off when Zelus answered, "Yeah, we're making lesson plans for Mia. The map was to allocate where to best hold her training and classes. We were going to notify you once we had a plan in mind."
"Lessons and classes?", Mia asked and blinked at the guys confused.
"For me?"
