Liu Yang returns with two bags full of grocery items intended for Amy's pantry. She feels like a young mother taking care of her sick daughter right now. After arranging everything, she starts cooking soup for Amy. She chooses to cook chicken soup since it is heavier on the stomach.
While waiting for the soup to boil, Liu Yang scans the apartment and notices how clean and neat it is – considering how big it is and she lives alone – but at the same time dull and lonely.
Why did she even choose to live alone when she is an only child and her family's rich?
Well, it is not her business.
Liu Yang shrugs her shoulders and continues cooking.
She brings a bowl of scorching hot chicken into Amy's room. She even opened the wrong room; it must be the guest room.
Amy is curled into a ball with the blanket covering her entire being.
"Amy," Liu Yang softly calls out but receives no reply.
