"Hi, can you help me?" The little girl tried to wiggle out of the situation, but she couldn't move. "They are trying to convert me into a Drow, and I don't know what that is…"
Corey immediately started laughing before he walked up to her. "Are you sure you want to give that up, little girl. Race changes in this game are very rare…"
When people started playing the game, their race was always human. However, occasionally certain creatures could take a liking to you in <
"No! I don't want to be an evil character! Please, save me mister!"
"Hmmm, it's such a waist…" He sighed looking down at his human body. If he was able to change his race, the reporters wouldn't be able to recognize him.
Regardless, since these were just field monsters, it made sense to kill them for experience.
He sent out a fury of attacks as the monsters approached and dished out very high damage.
-500 Hp
-600HP
-720HP
The attacks kept increasing as the little girl nodded her head. "Hmmm, I knew uncle would save me, thank you uncle!"
Thrasher sighed being called uncle as he kept battling. "Little girl… Just call me Brother. I'm only eighteen."
"Why? My uncle is younger than you…"
"That's your mother's fault…" Corey said and then cut down his first Drow.
This entire time, the message from Elegant Hammer was flashing. However, he didn't open it in fear of the reporter somehow seeing his answers. Needless to say, he didn't need to focus all of his attention on this battle.
He could almost see his masters in these Drows, and even though they were extremely fast because of the level difference, it was like looking at his master's nice attacks.
At this time, he remembered being with his master in the large field of his mansion, and every day he'd be subjected to faster and faster onslaughts. Occasionally, his master would get faster and faster to challenge him using his body's fierce power to train young Corey.
Luckily, it payed off, and the four other Drows fell quickly.
"Ding! You've gained 30,000 Exp"
"You've acquired five items, elf pearls, 25 saber arrows, one skill book, 5 fire orbs, and 10 earth ores.."
Thrasher smiled at the skill book, and then walked over to the girl. She was currently trying to move away from the magic circle.
"So, are you going to thank Brother for saving you?" Thrasher said petting the girl on the head.
"I'll thank brother once he frees thy sister!" The girl giggled.
Thrasher smiled at her and then cut the rope. "Okay, well… can you unhide yourself so brother can add you to his party?"
The girl nodded and did what she should do. Hiding her level was just a click of a button on the user interface, and he soon discovered a level 8 girl in front of him.
"You… you're a brave girl aren't you?" Corey said picking her off of the magic circle.
"Yup! I was hoping to complete a quest, and I took a wrong turn!"
Thrasher couldn't understand how she got a quest in a level 15+ area, but his job right now was to level up and avoid journalists.
Hence, he immediately took it upon himself to send a party request to her.
"Well, your brother here will complete the mission with you! What do you have to do?"
The little girl looked confused and then hesitated before she opened up her window and map. "Uhm, I'm supposed to go kill wolves… Do you know where the wolves are?"
Thrasher leaned over to look at her quest window and then smiled. "You aren't very good with directions, are you Velvet Bear?"
The girl nodded her head. "Unfortunately, I don't even know how to log out… Can you help me mister?"
