An update on my other book:
I underestimated its potential by so much!
I'm only putting down the basic checkpoints and details/course of actions so to get a basic path towards an end conclusion. No writing yet since I need to perfectly establish everything beforehand.
Yet just doing this will take weeks or months just to complete a basic path that will lead to an end. Now imagine me writing it out...
To give you a comparison, it's like attempting to construct a building the size of the Burj Khalifa when you've been spending years only building two to three story buildings. This will take a long and frustrating time, but hopefully I don't lose my mind during this time.
Lemon Grenade, signing out...

Chapter 36: Ice Sanctuary (2)
With the entering of the Ice Sanctuary, I no longer had to worry much about anything. With Katherine cultivating, I decidedly searched around the area for life.
But there was nothing but snowy hills everywhere. I released my divine sense towards my surroundings. But as soon as I did, the realm shook and seemingly began to fall apart. I retracted it in a hurry and things stabilized to normal. I wiped the cold sweat away and calmed down.
A response came, and dozens of creatures made of snow came from the ground like zombies.
They looked like giant snow monsters with their lumbering bodies. Opening their large, snowy mouths, they charged at me. I didn't want to release devour energy, for fear of being noticed, so I just sat on them with my enormous body.
Raising my body, an entire snow hill had been completely flatted. The only remains were several blue monster cores that were like blue gems. Picking them up, I hesitated before putting them in my mouth. All the icy energies were absorbed before being converted into elemental water. The monster core melted before turning into food that satisfied my body.
Although all my flesh has become crystallized gems, the monster cores I eat can still be used as a means to satisfy food for now. With the end of that, I put the rest in my stomach before taking off once again.
I searched around for a bit before stumbling upon a temple that was half buried in the snow. It's size was very large but very old and ancient. I shrunk down and entered, but it looks to be a frequent visited place since there's a bunch of ashes and equipment laying around. There's even a frozen corpse of a disciple who must've starved in here a long time ago.
But this temple was very thoroughly searched, so I found nothing within the chambers and different rooms that had all been nit-picked of their items. Disappointed, I left the ancient temple and began searching again. I couldn't use divine sense, so it's possible I may find something in the future.
I went all the way to the edge of the world where it seemingly ended in an area of pure black abyss. It's enough to see from a far and just the sudden cut off from the ice world to this is very apparent. In fact, all energies and matter all vanish beyond that point and doesn't even move towards that direction. The snow is very uniform and flat near the edges and doesn't receive much snow at all.
I gazed into the dark abyss that felt creepy and mysterious. All energies do not approach any closer to that darkness, even affecting the strength of space itself to the point that dangerous space cracks are occasionally seen everywhere.
I slowly approached the edge before slightly sticking a little part of my body out into the abyss. But surprisingly, I got no response nor did I feel anything. I slowly slid further over the edge and finally detected the existence of an unknown, chaotic energy that is only there. I kicked a little bit of snow over the edge and that chaotic energy instantly disintegrated the snow into nothingness.
"This must be space energy," I muttered as I continued to go further.
The space energy attacked my scales, but the devour laws brightly lit up and the energy seemed to become docile, and no longer attacking. I'm sure I would've been shredded if it weren't for devour, unless my cultivation was extremely high.
Half of my body reached into the abyss, but the affects of gravity did no seem to exist out in this abyss.
I continued this until my body was fully outside and in the abyss, hovering. The chaotic space energy was like a docile sheep close to my body. But outside, it was like a ferocious wind storm that always changed direction. They could probably kill anybody in the Saint Realm easily. Yet space out here was strong enough that it wasn't affected at all in the slightest.
Just as I was enjoying this, I felt a horrifying divine sense lock onto me. It was so strong that space itself was on the verge of shredding as it passed by. The space energies seemed like they were nothing in front of it and easily disintegrated.
I paled in fright and ignited several dozen drops of blood essence. I turned into a bloody red meteor of light that entered back into the Ice World in a matter of microseconds. Yet a giant claw that seemed to be completely black had appeared in the location I was previously at a microsecond later.
This black claw tore apart the space like butter and annihilated whole storms of space energies like nothing. Yet it bounced off an unknown barrier around Ice Sanctuary leaving only a tiny ripple.
I watched as a pair of red eyes appear within the blackness that seemed eerie. They gazed upon me with an indifferent and cold expression that seemed to see through anything and view them as insignificant. Then they slowly vanished away before disappearing completely. Space began repairing itself as the space energies returned back.
I couldn't help but have cold sweat and shiver. That creature was too horrifying! It's cultivation was either divine level or possibly surpassing it. I would've been killed if I hadn't ignited blood essence. Yet it also couldn't break through into Ice Sanctuary at all and seemed to be much weaker.
I could understand why Katherine was so concerned about my devour laws. It seems as though the power of this realm isn't to be trifled with. But why is the cultivation requirements to enter so low? Why hasn't the realm lord noticed any of my actions? Could it be he's sleeping?
