Armani started to get older at a visible speed, however his intimidating blue monster was getting bigger and bigger. Initially it was 20 meters tall, but it went up to 30, it went up to 40, and didn't plan to stop. The rapid growth only stopped when the trading monster reached 45 meters, which happened half a minute later.
All this time, the Emperor's and his dragon's presence terrified the other people from the Armani's side so much, that they didn't dare to move. Even if they did fight back the fear they felt, they still couldn't resist the monster energy pressure that tried to crush them at every instant. The trading beast went on to face the pressure itself and relieved the pressure from everyone. The people having heard Armani's order didn't dare to waste even a second and ran into different directions.
The people who were circling around them let them pass first and then a moment later went after the people. The couldn't stand before their Emperor doing something so unsighty as fighting.
Anna went after Claus, if someone was familiar with Anna, they would have been surprized by her actions, since she didn't mind the person who just passed her but went after Claus who was running away in the opposite direction.
The person who was ready to go after Claus couldn't help but change the target.
The trading monster having resisted the pressure rushed towards the dragon, it jumped up and tried to bite the dragon's neck. The dragon just waved its giant claw. A hill like claw with huge nails instantly hit the trading monster, which then hit the earth as if a projectile was shot from a canon.
"Is this all you have got after such big words!?" – the Emperor said with a disappointed expression on his face.
"Amaterasu Purgatory!" – Emperor said with a clear look of disdain.
Immediately after the Golder Dragon he was standing on took a breath in and in a next second spat out a golden pillar of fire directed to the sky.
The fire column was so huge that it actually covered the whole sky above the capital. After a few breath time, the dragon stopped spatting out the fire but the sky instead turned even more into goldish yellow colour.
All the people were shocked to the extreme. Some even thought if it was the power of the legendary Immortals. The golden sky was attaching all of the eyes of the citizens but what happened next shocked them even more.
Blazing rocks with a size of a few meters showed up all over the sky. However, the rock's that looked like meteors didn't go down vertically as one would expect, they went towards the third prince Julius's palace.
When the already aged Armani saw the scale of the attack the Emperor used. He couldn't help but tremor in fright. However, even Armani underestimated his inborn spirit monster's vitality that was increased to a frightening degree after his sacrifice. The wound from the previous attack seemed like never happened and the monster was perfectly fine.
The trading beast roared as a tiger, showing that it was not afraid of the dragon, and created a barrier made of extremely dense monster energy.
The blazing rock's hit the barrier, creating a booming sound that felt even hundreds of kilometres away. The shock wave it created was similar to a nuclear explosion and the trembling that happened was similar to a grand earthquake. If not for the special array's arranged in the prince's domain, the place would already have turned into an abyss with no vegetation or any form of life.
But even with the highest level of the array's present in the place, the damage done to the place was not something that could be fixed in a month or two.
The thousands of meteors like rock's hit the barrier. It would shatter for an instant, the rocks would hit the body of the trading monster, the monster would resist using it's vitality and create a new barrier. This circle repeated itself for more than a hundred time in less than ten seconds.
The rock bombardment stopped after a minute, and the Trading Monster was clearly exhausted and was heavily wounded, the wound was not regenerating anytime soon. It spent most of its vitality to bear though the blazing rock abyss. Armani never expected for the Emperor to be this strong. His dragon clearly touched open the secrets of the nature laws and used it in the attack, however he even less expected that his inborn spirit monster would be able to live through this kind of terrifying move.
"Not bad, you resisted my inborn spirit monster's one move. You can feel proud of yourself, everything you have saved up for whole your life was equivalent to this Emperor spirit's one move. Your live was not in vain." – the Emperor was saying such offending words, but he actually was sincerely saying it. It just the difference between their strength was similar to the difference between the earth and the heavens.
Armani knew that it was the end, he used everything he could and even sacrificed his live, but the results was that he lost in a single move. He couldn't help but mockingly smile at himself. He understood how ridiculous his words were that he said just a while ago. In the face of the absolute power, no matter how much you struggle, you are no more than an ant that is going against a stream in the river. No matter how, when or why, if you dare to touch the person with overwhelming power, you are nothing more than an ant.
Armani felt how sincere were the Emperor words, he started to involuntarily cry, and dropped down to his knees, he summoned back his inborn spirit monster not wanting for it to die while outside of his soul domain, because it would be an agonising experience.
"Your Majesty, this subject accepts his crimes and is willing to go through any punishment you bestow upon, but I beg to spare my family, I swear that not a single one of them had any connection to what I have planned to do!" – Armani kowtowed to the Emperor, and desperately begged him. Armani looked now like an elderly who was more than 100 years old. He face was filled with wrinkles as deep as a few centimetres.
Meanwhile, Anna and Claus were fighting a few kilometres distance away.
Anna caught up to Claus not as fast as she was expecting. His cat family inborn spirit monster having speed nature was too fast for a monster in the middle phase of the manifestation stage. Claus's monster was similar to the fastest known animal, cheetah, and Anna didn't have a choice but to catch up to him by flying.
The cheetah which had nine lives was really a tiring opponent, but because Anna was better than Claus practically at everything when things came to fighting and since even her cultivation was higher, every move she and her inborn spirit monster did was either a lethal one or the one that left a deep wound.
After a few exchanges, the cheetah lost 8 of its lives and Claus called it back into his soul domain. However, when after a few direct move exchanges with Anna he couldn't afford to not call it forth. Long story short, Anna in the end severed both his lags and hands, and Claus was left in a such pitiful state that even enemies wouldn't wish it for someone.
A similar scene was happening with the rest of the people who tried to escape.
The Emperor gave an order to catch everyone alive, since they might have some information regarding the prince Julius's poisoning.
