On his way home, Jake was suddenly struck down by a lightning and died on the spot. 

Then the next seconds he woke up in unfamiliar place full of antiques objects that can be seen in the museum. Out of confusion and was sure he died, he stand up to look around, only to see himself in the mirror wearing a night white dress and long black hair, looking like a woman. That's when he realize he had possess as someone, and that someone was a side character in the novel who's destined to die. Her name was Sienna Del Montague, the gloomy and creepy fiancee of the male lead the crown prince. 

However there's a twist, before Jake could even complain about turning into a woman. He discovered that Sienna was actually a man.
