Liam valentine, has been thrown from the heavens for breaking the order of god. He was caught with a man and he was sent to earth to live the remainder of his life as a mortal. After sometime, the angels took the powers from a demon, Vladimir Dunmoore and placed him on earth with a punishment, if he did anything bad he would get shocked with a terrible pain through his whole body. All he can do it teleport. 
Liam, makes a deal with Vladimir, that liam would free him he would serve Liam, like a servant. but once Liam saved Vladimir, an angel came down and ripped off his wings, and Vladimir saved him only to get hurt for helping Liam, but Liam said, "If you can keep us safe from the angels, i will break your seal..'
