Reborn as the Evil K-Drama Mom! (But I'm Indian?!)
Chapter 7: A Surprise Date?!
I had one plan for the day.
Relax. Avoid drama. Stay far away from my villain CEO husband.
But did the universe let me?
No.
Because the moment I stepped out of my room—
"Get dressed," Ji-Hwan said, standing in the hallway like a K-drama male lead on a mission.
I blinked. "Uh. Why?"
"We're going on a date," he said smoothly.
…
…Excuse me, WHAT?!

Scene Change – The Whole House Loses Its Mind
The maids gasped.
The butler dropped his tray.
Even the chef whispered, "A miracle…?"
Meanwhile, I was losing my mind.
"A date?" I repeated, trying to process the nonsense coming out of Ji-Hwan's mouth.
"Yes," he said simply. "Get ready."
I squinted.
"Is this… a business thing?"
"No."
"Is this… for the media?"
"No."
"Then WHY?!"
Ji-Hwan crossed his arms, calm and mysterious.
"You said you wanted to spend my money."
WHAT.
"You actually believed that?!" I screeched.
Ji-Hwan smirked.
Oh no.
Oh NO.
This wasn't just a date.
This was revenge.
My husband was playing my own words against me.
I was trapped.

Scene Change – Shopping Like a Rich Wife
An hour later, I was sitting in a VIP boutique, dressed like a rich wife, while Ji-Hwan sat across from me like a bored CEO.
Saleswomen surrounded me, showing off designer dresses, handbags, and shoes.
Ji-Hwan leaned back. "Pick whatever you want."
I stared.
"…You think I'm gonna go crazy spending your money?"
"Isn't that what you want?"
UGH.
Okay.
Fine.
If he wanted me to act like a spoiled villain wife, then I would.
I grabbed the ugliest, most ridiculous dress in the store.
A hot pink disaster covered in feathers and rhinestones.
"This one," I said with a straight face.
Ji-Hwan raised a brow.
The saleswoman looked horrified.
But he just nodded. "Fine."
Damn it!
Was NOTHING going to shake this man?!

Scene Change – Junho Loses His Mind
Meanwhile, at a café, Junho and Ha-Eun were in shock.
Junho stared at his phone.
It was a picture of his dad and mom shopping together.
Ha-Eun leaned over. "…Is that a pink feather dress?"
"Yes," Junho whispered.
Silence.
Then—
"Your dad's been replaced by an alien," Ha-Eun declared.
"Or my mom brainwashed him," Junho muttered.
They both stared at the photo.
Whatever was happening…
It was not normal.

Scene Change – CEO Husband's Weakness?!
Back in the car, I was gloating.
I had spent a fortune on the most useless things.
Pink feather dress? Bought.
Gold-plated phone case? Bought.
A diamond-encrusted hairbrush? Bought.
But Ji-Hwan was unbothered.
This wasn't working.
I needed to find his weakness.
So I turned to him, all smug and victorious.
"Alright, darling," I said sweetly, "what's next?"
Ji-Hwan glanced at me.
Then—
He smirked.
"Next," he said, "we go to dinner."
Oh.
Oh no.
This wasn't over.
This was just the beginning.
