'This must be it, huh... All Black and The Unknown Darkness after it all... Well, it was kind of a dumb way I died.' Sam thinks in an unknown place.
Sam was a loner, sort of hikikomori, who used to be immersed in the internet and playing games all day. Before dying, he accidentally dropped a soda can on his PC circuits—And somehow got fried along with it.
'Well, I probably shouldn't have stayed too late on that game after all... I guess three days was my limit, huh..' Sam tries to remember moments before his death. 'Wait... How am I thinking? What is this? Is this not the nothing that comes after it?!'
Before he could internally monologue more, he felt a lot of nudges and pushes from everywhere all at once. In just moments, he kind of 'Popped' out of somewhere. And felt convoluted and grimy from all over.
'What the... What is happening to me? Have I perhaps been born again?? Is this what comes after it? Reborn... or Reincarnation?' he tried to open his eyes slowly as his movements were unknown to his mind.
An old stony ceiling, with some vines and bugs. Moving his head, he made sense of the 'crib' he was placed upon, as it all felt a bit flimsy. Through the bars of the crib he saw other cribs like his. With many rough looking people, mostly women, walking around the crude looking place. His ears faintly picked upon the wailings of babies and screams of women giving birth nearby.
'Where the hell have I been reincarnated into?!'

After a few days of some more constrained movements, he somehow made more sense of his situation, or Reincarnation. What mostly helped was being placed in a much open area as his crib was moved to make more space in the previous room.
'Urgh... This place is a... Zoo. What can I even do... This hellish reincarnation. Fuck. Don't tell me I would now have to survive in this old medieval fantasy like world. Shit! I should have just slept it off on that night, that game doesn't look important right now.'
Apparently the place he was reincarnated into, looked too old and rusty like a medieval fantasy like world. The people moved about without care for the birthing mothers or well, the babies. It wasn't just one building as it looked like a structure of many buildings put together for something.
'It looks like a shady place... But they haven't been doing like something really illegal to the mothers or the babies... But it doesn't mean the treatment is world class! None of them care about the babies... Or At least Me! Is this really a reincarnation like I read in those manga and novels?? Urgh... How can I even expect anything when I don't even know who my own mother is!! I will have to get out sooner or when I am able to...' Sam then dozed off comfortably as thinking about this place made him frustrated and bored even more. He had plenty of time for escape though.

In some unknown place in the same time period, A Big, Burly and Looming Figure was standing outside a room. He closed the door carefully and flicked his cape as he turned around.
"Grand Priest..." He called out softly while looking at nothing. Still, a figure emerged from the shadows and stood reverently while bowing infront of the looming man.
"At your service, My Lord." The old looking man spoke, now meeting eyes up with the big man.
"What was the premonition about the twins?" The Looming man spoke indifferent.
"Yes, My Lord, I made sure of the premonition beforehand. It was such a wonderful premonition, both the twins are lucky to be blessed with your noble and great blood! The Younger Twin, had a very impressive harmony, with Three Destinies! It is such a remarkable making alike of your own harmony, my lord. The Elder Twin isn't less impressive either, as he has the Greatest Harmony with the Two Great Destinies! They are both wonderful sons blessed by your presence sire. However..." The geezer was hesitant to speak more.
"Yes. The Great Healer confirmed it herself." The Big Man spoke coldly and continued without expression. "So, is that going to be a hindrance for their fates?"
"My Lord, they both lack the one destiny you have been blessed the most in. Their heads were evenly split from inside. But! The premonition still say that they will be great men like you.. together. The twins would be prominent for your legacy my lord." The Priest was now even more hesitant to speak, but he did so. "But... I don't mean to speak for harm about anyone of the twins, my lord. However... There is a way to save one of the twins completely for this matter. The consequence being the other one having the greatest risk—" he was cut off.
"Put all effort saving the twin with three destinies regarding this matter. The other one.. well if it can survive then it's good enough."
"Yes, My Lord. The energies harmonize greatly if we do this with the Younger twin. And as for the elder one, Well, he may survive but he will be hollow from inside." The old man was hesitant to speak more, as he spoke respectfully. "My Lord, I don't mean to speak out of turn. However.. if we let them be, they both still will be great men according to the premonition. They can together match up—" he was cut off again.
The Looming Figure spoke coldly. "Grand Priest, you have been by my side for a long time. I have valued your opinion and words throughout the years of battles of knowledge and power." He looked straight in the old man's eyes with a stern gaze. "However, I am certain that this is the best decision regarding it, atleast for the fate of the Younger Twin. Well, If I have to say more, it's that I have lived through countless decades of different changes, wars and conflicts. And I have been searching for the one with Four Destinies. It's time I found the one who can properly succeed my destiny! I'm certain if I attend to the Younger twin myself, it will be adequate for it. Atleast to ward off the other 4. Enough about this, since it's been decided. What did the Great Premonition say?"
"As you say, my lord." The Elder Figure then straightened himself and spoke while holding a mysterious staff. "Yes, I had already concluded the Great Premonition before the birth of the twins. It was the same for this year. But I'm certain the younger twin will match up for it in the future. However, if I may so my lord, there was another Great Premonition that I confirmed myself with the other 4 Priests." He looked for affirmation towards the Looming Figure before continuing. "A Decade or so later, when the twins also grow up for their Fate Selection. The number of youth harmonizing with more than one Destinies will be much more. It will be a number greater than any we have had in the whole history of our continent. However! It also entails the approaching Doom of the World, whispered by many in the ancient texts. So, my lord, you already can assess the great changes it can bring upon our Empire as a whole. We should start opening up with the other four and polishing our continent everywhere. We will have to prepare for the Whole Decade and for that Year's Fate Selection." He then stayed silent for the reply of his lord.
The Looming Figure only thought about it for mere moments before speaking. "Hm. If this Great Premonition is true, then we would have to prepare properly for it. Ah Well, it should have been years since I met with those Four Again, maybe the meeting between us will hail a new fate of our world as a whole. Grand Priest, my decision and orders lies alongside yours. After the treatment of the twins, inform all the officials of the Empire and appoint every dignitaries of our Empire to keep close. Grand Priest, I hereby give you the order and approval of reforming our Empire according to the Great Premonition." He flicked his cape as he turned around, and walked away to leave.
"As you say, I will make all the necessary preparations for the decade and carry out the tasks needed for that special year. I will report shortly to you, My Lord, Xander Tarragon The Great Emperor." The Grand Priest spoke while bowing, and then disappeared into the shadows at once.
