As Stray Kids began to gain more recognition, the challenges also started to grow. One of the things I realized early on was that being a part of a group meant not just being responsible for myself but for others as well. It wasn't just about personal growth—it was about helping my fellow members grow too. This is something I had to learn over time.
Being a leader wasn't something I had expected to take on, but it was something that naturally fell into place as I grew into my role. I didn't have all the answers, and there were moments when I doubted my ability to lead, but I knew I had to support my members just like they supported me.
I learned that being a leader didn't mean I had to have all the answers. It meant being there for my members, guiding them when needed, and learning from them as well. We were all growing together, and that made us stronger as a team.
