A wizard boy called Kim Dong Hoon was an ominous orphan. Whoever met Dong Hoon tended to despise Dong Hoon of his doomy auras. With evil auras, Dong Hoon had to wander around a number of foster houses since his birth.
"He is such a creepy boy."
A grumpy looking mid aged man whispered to his wife at a distance. Dong hoon, who was behind the wall, could hear that.
"Our children were petrified when they had eye contact with him. Let's send him to another foster home."
Right after the conversation, Dong Hoon had to pack up.
However, Dong Hoon wasn't discouraged by his surroundings. Looking upon the sky through the small window of his new compact room located at the toppest floor of his new foster house, he often gazed at the band musicians riding on broomsticks, singing songs and playing intstrument.
'I would one day be like them, playing wonderful musics with the stars twinkling on the night sky, traveling around the world.'
Dong Hoon could easily forget about his sadness after watching their fantasic performances.
Nevertheless, the despairment swept him without any prior signs.

One day, Dong hoon had to visit wizardry and witchcraft Aptitude test center of Hansean wizarding world.
It was an important day for Dong Hoon as he was scheduled to take test at the center to check whether he could be capable of doing magics and spells in wizard school.
Dong Hoon entered the test center which had an exterior design of large East Asian traditional house called HanOk. The interior of the building was quite different. As a matter of fact, it was blend of medieval and moderen Western building.
Soon, Dong Hoon entered the spacious gym where the test was to be conducted at each corner. Grey colored gym matts were spread all over the place and small square boxes were put on each matt. Many children of Dong Hoon's age and their parents have already arrived at gym and surrounded each matt. Some parents were preying for their children's passing of test.
Then, the inspectors arrived and explained about the test.
The test was simple.
Participants had to levitate a small square box with their magnetic power, the basic power any wizards could gain when they become around 7 years old.
"Just concentrate on your mind to levitate a square box placed in front of you. Just an inch of levitation will make you pass the test."
said an inspector in gentle tone.
Then, the test started.
Many children passed the exam while some could not. Their parents felt anguished and some of them even loudly wailed. So did their children. Many inspectors were busy consoling them and soon the tissues in the gym ran out. Dong Hoon anxiously watched them while waiting for his turn.
"Kim Dong Hoon, please come on to the stage."
An inspector loudly spoke towards Dong Hoon.
Dong Hoon became very nervous as he went on to the stage and hesitated for a long time.
"Come on. We do not have much time."
said an inspector.
Dong Hoon took a deep breath and fully concentrated on lifting the box with his hands. However, the box stood still.
"You may ease your nerve and try again."
Inspector gently said to Dong Hoon.
Dong Hoon took a deeper breath but could not succeed in levitation at all. Looking at Dong Hoon's failure, inspector sighed for a while.
"You are an Incapable!"
An inspector loudly announced the result.
Dong Hoon could not believe the announcement and could feel that his world was beginning to be covered with sheer darkness.
"No way! I will ride on a broomstick one day!"
Dong Hoon yelled.
An inspector suddenly laughed loudly.
"Oh my god.
Are you kidding me?
You will never get in touch with wizard world at all."
"No!"
shouted Dong Hoon.
Then, Dong Hoon started to cover his ears and kneel.
Other children nearby started to laugh at Dong Hoon. Dong Hoon's ears got deafened and the laughings of nearby children echoed and resonated continuously towards his eardrums. Soon, the inspectors started to pull Dong Hoon aside while other children and inspectors were pointing finger at him and gossiping about him. While leaving the test center, Dong Hoon was wailing.
It was such an anguish for 7 year old Dong Hoon.

Several days later, Kim Dong Hoon entered the Incapable school. The Incapable school was a school for students who turned out to be the Incapable like Dong Hoon. The school's interior design resembled that of an ordinary human world school of the 21st century. It was as if indirectly reminding students that they are not wizards anymore.
Everyone including Dong Hoon was in bad mood when they passed the gate and entered the assembly hall. Students in their school uniform gathered at the assembly hall and nervously waited for the headmaster's remark in the opening ceremony.
Soon, the headmaster, who was quite old and fat with white beard and bright grey suit entered, went up to the main stage and started his speech.
"All of you might have been disappointed of the test result. However, all of the Incapables are gifted in areas such as sports and entertainment that are admired by ordinary human. We will develop your talent and make you a superstar in the human world."
Students' faces turned into full of encouragement. Maybe, it might be better for them to be a superstar of human rather than an ordinary wizard.
However, Dong Hoon was still disappointed. Indeed, he still thought that he was a wizard.

Talent test was held several days later in the Incapable school. It was a test to find out talents for students. Soon, all students discovered their talents except for Dong Hoon. In fact, Dong Hoon was not good at sports, music and academic works. His athletic performances were terrible and his music and art skills were horrible.
"Oh my god. What is wrong with that kid? I cannot believe it."
said headmaster while sighing.
"It is unprecedented. Indeed, it is out of common sense.
His ominous aura may be limiting his capabilites. Moreover, I am anxious that Dong Hoon might spread ominous aura to other students and ruin their capabilities as well."
said deputy principal.
Suddenly, the deputy principal started to think about his weak social status in wizard world. The headmaster and teachers of the Incapable school were wizards who lost their competitions against other wizards. In addition, the teachers of Incapable school gained low salaries and their social reputation was bad as well. Moreover, the school was unwanted by the residents living near school.
All things considered, they had poor motivation as a teacher. Their only goal was to spend time helping students with minimal efforts and reapplying for renowned wizarding schools or do nothing and make no troubles in school.
For them, an ominous boy like Kim Dong Hoon was a great concern. They directly and indirectly revealed their hatred towards Dong Hoon.
The students also grasped such mood and started to belittle Dong Hoon.
In other words, the lonely days of isolation were awaiting Dong Hoon.
