With his path of the Mind Law, he was sure to convince all beings in the world, whether conscious or not, to do good and spread the light of the buddhist sect to myriad worlds!

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

Ran Deng looked at himself and then at the surroundings.

He was flying in the sky, or rather hovering. His own figure was just a sphere of light.

'Alas, so many years have passed since I travelled through time to come here, and yet I still can't transform. It seems the Way of Heaven is biased. First, I lost half of my origin and was reduced to the Innate Righteousness, then it restricted my transformation for thousands of years, later through its spokesperson, I will create an act of unrighteousness, going against my true origin.

It seems my plans for staying in the west have to be put into place… it would have been fine if you only weakened me, after all, you, the way of heaven, aren't even properly conscious and only want to defend against the remaining parts of Pangu, but this is really too much! The way of heaven, earth and man aren't complete, more ways should come into existence!'

As he thought of this, he decided to be born earlier than he should have been. He absorbed all spiritual power in his surroundings with the initial control over his companion treasures with which he was born with.

They are the Three Poison Incense Burner, Righteous Heart Candle Lamp and Clear Mind Bell.

The incense burner is the manifestation of the Innate Evil, which he had lost, it symbolises the three poisons of Greed, Ignorance and Delusions, the incense evokes the three poisons. Greed and ignorance are easy to understand, while Delusions mean being confused.

The candle lamp produces a light that clears all illusions and evokes the righteous heart which contains the great will of doing good and fighting evil.

As for the clear mind bell, it might sound closer to the righteous heart, but in fact, the clear mind bell evokes a clear mind that enables one's own choice, whether one wants to be righteous or evil, as long as the decision doesn't come from outer influence but from oneself, it is good. The bell clears all obstacles in the heart and brings to a state of being clear of every action. This ability can't be underestimated since outer influences are aplenty in the world.

The three innate spiritual treasures all have 48 inscriptions and are at the top of top-grade spiritual treasures, only one step away from innate treasures. They are all items of the mind, two that control the mind and one that helps the mind.

If it wasn't for his soul that travelled through time and space and occupied this body of Ran Deng, it would have been impossible to take control of the three treasures and using them as a bridge to absorb spiritual power faster.

In fact, absorbing it naturally has a greater benefit, since the body will gradually become used to spiritual power, but at this point, if he waited any longer, he would miss the first step of his later plans.

It took ten thousand years until finally all spiritual power gathered into the body of Ran Deng. He transformed into a young man with a bright smile, he had no hair and wore a purple-gold buddhist cassock with qilin ornaments of the opposite colours.

With every move of his hands, there seemed to be righteous air flying around, when he closed his eyes, evil energy escaped from his sleeves.

"Yes, this appearance fits that of a buddhist monk. Hmm, if I looked older, it might be even better… but, those who seek enlightenment are still young, those who teach and who save others are old, so it fits with my future school!"

He was happy that his early transformation wasn't bad. At this time, heaven was still only operating with set rules, and there are no tribulations for all beings. His own origin, even if halved, is very high and he was able to reach the middle-stage of the great golden immortal the moment he transformed. If it was a full origin, the late stage would have been a sure thing.

"Anyways, there are only a few that can compare with my original origin, all of them having the potential to be a saint, or a small immortal path, they are only born a small stage higher. If it wasn't for the significance of the perfection of the great golden immortal, it would be easy to be born at that stage."

All beings can reach the great golden immortal stage through hard work and a lot of time, but from then on, each small stage is significant in the accumulation of foundation.

Every stage of the great golden immortal will make the dao flowers bloom, when first entering the stage, it is the flower of vitality, the second is the stage of spiritual power, and the third is the stage of the soul.

The vitality is easy, as long as one is healthy, has no defects with a pure body, the flower will bloom to the ninth stage. In fact, this might sound easy, but reaching this stage from the lower stages will require a lot of time and opportunities, and fighting is part of it. If one can't heal the scars accumulated over time, then the stage will drop fast.

To have a ninth stage spiritual power dao flower, one needs to have a certain quality and quantity of spiritual power accumulated in one's body. This is a question of technique, many people have faults in this from ignorance and aren't able to cultivate pure spiritual power.

The soul is actually the easiest but also most difficult. Like vitality, the soul has to remain pure and unaffected, but also like the spiritual power, the soul has to reach a certain stage, quality and quantity. It is delicate and each scar is thousands of times worse than a physical scar, so even if people try their best, the ninth stage is extremely difficult.

Once one bloomed all three dao flowers, one has to combine their essence and give birth to a dao seed, reaching the perfection of great golden immortal. This dao seed will then be nurtured by the original law one chooses, and finally transform into a dao fruit, which is the early stage of primordial golden immortal. When one fully comprehends a law and incorporates into the dao fruit, it is the start of the small immortal path.

"My soul is clear, the three poison incense and righteous heart light counter each other wil the clear mind bell balancing them. As long as I use the three treasures to elevate my mind, the soul, which is connected to the mind, will inevitably grow greatly. With this, I will be able to grow the soul dao flower to the ninth stage, and with three ninth stage flowers, I will be able to produce an excellent dao seed with no defects."

There is a general rule that all flowers have to reach the third stage to create a dao seed, the sixth stage to make the seed grow into a fruit, and the ninth stage to reach the small immortal path. In fact, only the first rule is important, the other can be gradually changed and increased with enough resources. If one can't even reach the third stage, then the foundation is lacking severely.

Anyways, if one has a good foundation, then it will be a smooth sail to the small immortal path, and if one doesn't, then they can only climb mountains while others stroll through gardens.
