Bill Henreich, a Baron that made himself rich before, not of monetary gold, or army that pillage and conquer, but of sensical nature to try and solve things with finance and business. He too, afflicted by the wars, and conquests, have spent his entire funding on supporting the lieges of the King, King Hamilton. It is not about his income by then just to survive, but the fact that he has the wits to produce and has the will to finance himself made him much more effort to do just that, earn money in a time of misfortune and defeat of the monetary policies.

Instead of paying for the taxes, which are abhorently high and unsensical. He instead builds up forces for what he sees as the coming apocalypse of the near future that people will become mad with a savage disease to survive. So, he applies for bankruptcy at an early phase and removes all buffs and counters for the profit of the King whose sole purpose now is to create these absurd mess of nonsensical drama and financial policies that play a role in the demise of the empire. No one can simply afford the taxes and supporting monetary input needed to sustain the King of his agenda.

They say that the King has gone mad with expanding a territory that needs to be managed. Only makes parties he himself knows will no longer fulfill the promise of strong connections as the Factions abroad and domestic are at a pitting point of bankruptcy and so, has no lineage or whatsoever to the plans of supporting a character whose money and power can provide for the power structure. They are simply wasted and deals with advents that no longer are sustainable.

Bill Henreich is one of them, simply left on silent, not because he hates the King, in fact, he benefitted protection from the King. But now, the power structure has finally collapsed. The King was powerless, and the country may divide to further exist. That is why the King is now desperate to unite an empire that no longer can sustain its rightful path. As an expansive and hugh pile of mass and land. From this point, all activity for further expansion is only a collosal waste. With nothing to be ventured and nothing to be gained. Bill Henreich was so caught of with this that he devises plans to divide the empire and make station for the King to choose from there his domain to ensure that the wars will not reach his head and he remains loyal by serving the King to the last of the frontiers that ensures wealth to be sustain. So he wrote to the King of this strategy, and ensure that no wars will reach them by preparing therefore the right moves before this could have happened.

This pleased the King that his wisdom wise beard may grow again. To mature again by ending the conflicts of wars and sustain himself anew of this absorbant new form of knowledge. So they make a detour. The throne Bill said is no longer sustainable, better give it to Grand Prince Richard who is known to be a former Duke that is against to all his policies. Make him prove himself then by a royal command for the summons, but ensure that he likes to take the blame for it. Secretly walk out of the palace as the Grand Prince for which to become a King knows now a power structure benefitting all the Warlords and travel to those that were left loyal to him. But before all this, separate the lands so which that he will not be sought for or be after by the other warlords. The reason for this? Is to manage only the lands left to sustain a good living and manage well to sustain a new found growth that is sustainable and viable for new domains of expansion.

The King so wished, has fractured the once Great Empire into 5 large domains. All a sharing of Warlords that that created and funneled their war agendas and struggles into the pitlight of their power. This ensures that he will not take the blame and at that, make sure that the powers are leavened to the efforts of his goodwill and luck to survive.
