In an unknown time and space, two beings conversed in the shadows.
"Lord Chaos, a soul from beyond has entered the Tower," one of them reported.
The other figure, radiating an unfathomable presence, responded calmly. "I am aware, Shadow."
"Then why do you remain idle, my Lord? He is a variable in your grand design," Shadow pressed, unease evident in his voice.
Chaos chuckled, a sound both amused and ominous. "Let him be, Shadow. If my inheritor cannot stand against a mere variable, then he is unworthy of my legacy." He paused, his tone shifting into something unfamiliar—contemplative. "That soul… it holds the potential to surpass even me. An unknown force stirs within him—something that makes my very essence tremble. I have never known fear, yet this feeling… Is it fear? Or excitement? I do not know, Shadow."
Shadow stiffened, his form flickering with unease. "A power capable of stirring the great Lord of Chaos… Such a thing cannot be ordinary."
Chaos grinned, his voice thick with anticipation. "Things are becoming interesting, Shadow. The drums of war have begun to sound. The Great Void will know no peace."
And then, a laugh—deep, resonant, and filled with unrestrained madness.
"Heehahahaha…!"
