Ren Cooper, an elementary school teacher as well as a campus student, died at the age of 21 in a truck accident. He was returning home from the market when he got hit by a truck and fell into the embrace of death.
He had thought he would see his whole life flash before his eyes at the moment of death but he saw nothing like that, all he saw, was a dog barking loudly while looking at his mangled body.
Weirdly, he did not feel any pain at all. He had always thought that being hit by a truck or other vehicles would be very painful but here he was feeling none.
" Is it because I am dying or am I already dead? He thought.
He never believed in heaven or hell but at this moment the thought of ending up in hell frightened him a little. So, if heaven and hell really exist then he wished for heaven. He had always thought after death, people will return to nothingness. So, he hoped he would too.
When he opened his eyes again, he found himself in a bird's nest. It was the biggest nest he had ever seen.His mind raced and he instantly became very terrified as the thought of being swallowed whole by a big bird surfaced in his mind.
When he saw no other creature beside him on the nest he heaved a sigh of relief.
"Where am I? Where is this place? Why am I on a bird's nest?" Many questions surfaced in his mind but unfortunately, there was no one to answer him.
He tried to use his hands to climb out of the nest but instead of his hands what he saw were two small snow white wings.
"Chirp!"
"Chirp!"

He screamed In fear but instead of a loud human voice what came out of his mouth was a chirp.
"Wh-what happened to me? Why do I have wings? What happened to my voice?" Ren thought as countless terrifying possiblities gnawed his mind.
It took him some time to finally calm his mind a little. He considered many possibilities using the little information he had and he finally seemed to reach to a conclusion.
He didn't want to believe it but as a dedicated novel reader he knew what this kind of situation meant.
No doubt, there was enough evidence to prove his claim.
" I got reincarnated, didn't I?" Rain said feeling a little excited and disbelief at the thought of being reincarnated.
After more or less confirming that he had reincarnated, he did the first thing that came to his mind. He took a deep breath, straightened his posture, and said as calmly as he could(well.... at least he tried to make his voice calm but failed miserably)
"Status window."
He eagerly waited for the so-called system to respond, but even after waiting for five whole minutes, no response came. Disappointment started to creep in his mind but he did not lose hope he tried a few other things.
"System," "Arise," "Second gear," "Excalibur,"
He tried everything that came to mind (which wasn't really much), but nothing happened. Just as he was about to curse his fate for not having a cheat like system despite having been reincarnated, a teenage voice full of arrogance and disdain sounded directly inside his mind.
