Prologue
You, yes you, don't turn around like I'm not speaking to you. I don't know how you found this book or what compelled you to open it, but for you to read this, you must leave your sanity behind and open your mind to endless possibilities. You will doubt why you picked it up in the first place. You might even think I'm crazy for writing this. Maybe I am, or maybe everything was a figment of my imagination. But then again, if it was a dream, it was a darn long one. I met the Creator. I know, right? That sounds ridiculous, but I met her.
You must be wondering why it's a her and not a he. You'll find out eventually. I saw spirits, demons, and things normal humans shouldn't be able to see. But I saw them, and I haven't remained the same ever since.
But then let me ask you a question
Have you ever wondered what it's like to fall? By "fall," I don't mean tripping and hitting the ground or a clumsy stumble on the stairs. I mean falling from a high building, the soft touch of the wind against your skin. For a moment, it feels like you're flying until you hit the floor.
You haven't? Then I guess it's just me. The thought crosses my mind every single day how nice it would be to fall. But the human body won't survive a fall from such a height. That's another reason falling sounds so tempting. It's a dramatic exit. You fly, then you land. You get one last look at the sky as your eyes slowly close.
But anyway, since you aren't interested in falling, we should talk about something else. Ah, yes, you must have picked up the book. Bad idea, I tell you, but then again, humans don't tend to listen. A rebellious bunch, I tell you. They can't ever seem to resist going off to places you tell them to avoid or reading books they shouldn't.
Ah, pardon me, I got carried away again. It's always that way when I talk about humans they always hit a nerve. Oh, you're wondering if I'm human? Well, not quite. There used to be a time when I was one, but that was a long time ago. I was also stupid all humans are by default.
Let me take you back to the beginning, to a time when I was still naive enough to believe in the simplicity of life. My teenage years were a turbulent storm of confusion, isolation, and an unshakable feeling that I didn't belong. Every day felt like a struggle, a relentless battle against the crushing weight of expectations and the suffocating mundanity of existence.
from the unknown, beckoning me to uncover the truth.
Days turned into weeks, and the cracks in reality became more frequent, more pronounced. I began to see things, shadows and figures lurking in the corners of my vision, vanishing the moment I tried to focus on them. The world I once knew was unraveling before my eyes, and I was powerless to stop it.
But amidst the chaos, I found a strange sense of purpose. I was different, special. I could see the unseen, and with that gift came a responsibility. The ordinary life I once despised was no longer an option. I had been chosen for something greater, something extraordinary.
Now, here's a piece of advice: if you're anything like me, and you find the mundane existence of a normal life utterly unbearable, reconsider. Dive into the unknown, embrace the chaos, and find solace in the extraordinary. Because the ordinary will never satisfy you, and pretending otherwise is a waste of time. Trust me, I've tried.
The truth is, life is chaos. There is no order, no meaning, no purpose. We are all just floating through this existence, grasping at straws, trying to make sense of the senseless. And when you realize that, when you truly understand the depth of the void, you either lose yourself completely or you find a way to rise above it. I chose the latter, but not without losing a part of myself in the process.
And so, dear reader, my journey began. A journey that would take me to the edge of sanity and beyond, to the very heart of the unseen realm. As you read my story, remember this: the truth is out there, hidden in the shadows, waiting to be discovered. But be warned, for once you open your eyes to the unseen, there is no turning back.
If you haven't figured it out by now, I'm not your average narrator. My perspective is twisted, perhaps a bit unhinged, and definitely not what you'd call normal. But then again, normal is overrated, isn't it? The world is full of bland, colorless lives, people going through the motions without ever questioning why. I used to be one of them. I used to believe that life had a purpose, that there was some grand plan I was a part of. But then I woke up, and the truth hit me like a sledgehammer to the gut.
Thus began my tale of extraordinary encounters, where the boundaries between the mortal and the divine blurred, and where the unseen realm revealed itself to those brave enough to look. This is not just a story; it's an invitation. An invitation to explore the depths of the unknown, to challenge your perceptions, and to discover the true nature of existence. So, if you're ready to leave the ordinary behind and step into a world where the impossible becomes reality, turn the page and let the adventure begin.
