Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Kingdom in Peril

Scene 1: The Royal Hall of Azureal

The grand Azureal Hall stood as a beacon of hope for the kingdom, once proud and resilient, now a shadow of its former glory. The Azureal Kingdom, once a flourishing land of prosperity and peace, now found itself on the brink of destruction. The Northern Mountains Kingdom, once trusted allies, had betrayed them and sided with an enemy from the Upper Realm, a force far more dangerous than anything the kingdom had faced before.

In the Royal Hall, King Lin Yuantai sat on his throne, his face a picture of worry and frustration. His once proud heart was weighed down by the fate of his kingdom. The Northern Mountains Kingdom had allied with these mysterious forces from the Upper Realm, and now the Azureal Kingdom was under siege. The cities that once thrived now lay in ruin, and the kingdom's army was on the brink of collapse.

But amidst all the chaos, there was one glimmer of hope, their son, the prophesied one, the child who was destined to rise and save them all. His very existence was tied to the kingdom's survival, and though the dangers surrounding him were growing every day, the King and Queen still held onto that faint hope.

Scene 2: The Heavens' Wrath

Inside the royal chambers, Queen Lin Xianmei, the MC's mother, paced with urgency. The calm beauty of her face was marred by the deep worry and sadness in her heart. She couldn't bear to see their kingdom fall. The weight of the prophecy loomed heavily over her, and she feared that, even with their son's potential, it might already be too late.

"The Northern Mountains Kingdom has betrayed us, Yuantai. If we don't act quickly, we will lose everything," Queen Xianmei's voice trembled, though her determination never faltered. She could not bear the thought of losing their child to these forces.

King Lin Yuantai clenched his fists, his expression hardening. He understood the gravity of the situation. The forces they were facing were not just of this world. The Upper Realm had long been a place of legend—an almost untouchable domain that governed the flow of power across the realms. To ally with them was to invite certain doom.

"We can't wait any longer." King Yuantai's voice was thick with emotion. "We must protect him."

Queen Xianmei nodded, her face softening. She knew what they had to do. "The River of Fate is the only way. It's the only chance we have to keep him safe."

The River of Fate was an ancient, mystical river said to carry those destined for greatness beyond the reach of both mortal and immortal forces. While it was a river filled with danger, it was also the only path that could protect their son from the forces of the Upper Realm and the enemies of the Azureal Kingdom.

"The river will carry him far, beyond the reach of the Northern Mountains Kingdom and the Upper Realm's gaze." Queen Xianmei whispered, her eyes filled with sorrow. She knew the journey would be perilous. She knew that she might never see her son again.

King Yuantai's face tightened with grief. "We must trust in the prophecy." He whispered to himself, his resolve hardening. "One day, our son will return to save us."

Scene 3: The Secret Plan

As the Northern Mountains Kingdom's forces grew closer, the Royal Court knew their time was running out. The Azureal Kingdom could not withstand a direct confrontation with the armies that were coming. The fate of their son rested in their hands, and the King and Queen could only hope the River of Fate would carry him to safety.

In the dead of night, as distant sounds of battle echoed through the kingdom's walls, the King and Queen made their final preparations. Their infant son, still blissfully unaware of the world around him, lay in his cradle. His parents, filled with both love and dread, prepared to send him on a journey that would determine his future and, ultimately, the future of the entire kingdom.

With great care, they placed the infant onto a small enchanted boat, designed to carry him down the River of Fate. The boat's magic would protect him from the dangers of the river and shield him from the gaze of the Upper Realm. It was the only chance they had left to save him.

With one final kiss, Queen Xianmei whispered softly to her child, her voice breaking. "We love you."

King Yuantai stood silently beside her, his heart torn. He had no idea where the river would take their son, or if they would ever see him again, but he had to believe that this was the only way.

Together, they watched as the boat carrying their son drifted into the river, carried away by the current, vanishing into the night.
