Raine was the first person to arrive in The Tower of Destiny, and fulfill a positive prophecy. Trained under the very creator of The Tower, has fully unlocked his mind, and can use almost any attribute of magic as long as he can visualize the outcome he desires and a way to achieve it.
Purpose and wishes:
Raine believes his purpose is to guide the second manaless, Luna, to change her prophecy from one of bad karma to good karma. He hopes to train Luna to control her power and help her as a mentor.
Raine's wish has long been fulfilled since his own journey. All he wanted was a group of people he can have a connection with.
Conflicts and Relationships:
Has an ongoing rivalry with some of the most powerful beings in The Tower. Loves Dez and Ayla like family because they were the first people to accept him.
