Dear Raine, I have finalized the power system you asked me for and would like to explain some key arguments for this system.
First, all powers can be put into three categories. The main attributes or elements. A secondary attributes which is the sense they use to activate pr control their spells. And the level of power or the mastery they hold over their abilities.
Artifacts are still hard to gauge a power level for so be aware that those who hold one won't be easy to measure.
After your final fight against INK on Floor 50 you proposed to add a way to figure out if powers are being used for good or bad. And so you brought your concerns to me Shiva's remnant. I have determined that your idea is very beneficial and so I have added a karmic indicator that will be placed upon The Tower.
People who use their powers for good will be called "power controllers" and those who use their power for bad are called "power manipulators." Although this does not 100% define a Tower dweller, and the karma will keep adding or removing itself based on the amount of good or bad deeds done within all of The Towers floors.
Be careful as this this should be used with your own knowledge checks as well to determine who should be punished and what not.
Now for the final adjustments. I'll be stating the categories as they were before while using you as an example.
Main attribute/element:
Fire — Water — Earth — Air — Dark — Light
Main attributes can be combined and as you know there are a multitude of combinations so I won't state them here.
It is difficult to control two attributes so I don't feel it's necessary for your updated power system.
Secondary attributes/sense:
Touch — Taste — Smell — Sight — Hearing — Intuition
Please note that Energy detection is a part of all powers because you can't use magic without it.
And then the power levels:
Level 1 — Basic control
Level 2 — Better control
Level 3 — Advanced control
Level 4 — Mastery
Now for the example:
Raine>Dark & Light>Intuition based>Level 4
