The raid was split into 5 groups of 50 players each; it was a normal formation between them: a tank group that would draw attention and hold out, an attack group that would deal as much damage as possible, rogue-type players to take advantage of opportunities, mages, archers and long-range players on the other hand, and healers.
This was in practice the division of duties between them, but their positions on the battlefield were far from it: at least 20 shield warriors surrounded the largest group of healers, another ten were with the mages, and another 20 were in front. The healers were also distributed for convenience and quick attention: 10 in front, 10 with the mages, and 10 in the attack group. The mages and archers were not spread out that much; only 10 of them reinforced the healers. The rogues were distributed 20 at the front, 15 to the raiding party, 10 to the mages, and 15 to the healers.
