Just like the corridor of darkness, in the corridor of light energy, there was no light beyond that radiating from the hall of statues. He advanced to the first torch that was unlit, but before he could check it, all his danger senses were activated. It was the same feeling of ominous evil as in the tunnel of the labyrinth of darkness or something very similar, but this time multiplied by a thousand in magnitude and number.
The torch had no hidden mechanisms to light it, but Ikky knew in the back of his head that in order to advance, he had to light it. He only needed to light it by magical means, but he didn't have fire magic yet. However, there was magic he knew that cast a lot of light and that had been useful to him... lightning magic...
