The night air was thick with tension as Duncan, Lyra, Kaidën, and the rest of the team crept through the shadows, making their way to the docks where the shipment was scheduled to arrive.
As they approached the waterfront, Duncan could see the outline of a large cargo ship looming in the distance. Rectale's emblem was emblazoned on the side of the ship, and Duncan's eyes narrowed in determination.
"Alright, here's the plan," Kaidën whispered, his eyes scanning the area. "Ryker will take care of the security systems, while Duncan and I handle the traps. Lyra, you're with me. We'll provide cover for Duncan as he takes care of the traps."
Lyra nodded, her hand on the hilt of her sword.
Duncan took a deep breath, focusing his energy. He could feel the familiar surge of power coursing through his veins as he summoned his bonekinesis abilities.
Bones began to rise from the ground, twisting and turning to form a complex network of skeletal structures. Duncan's eyes glowed with an otherworldly energy as he controlled the bones, using them to scout out the area and detect any hidden traps.
As they moved forward, Duncan's bones encountered a series of deadly traps set by Rectale's minions. But with his bonekinesis abilities, Duncan was able to disable the traps, using his bones to trigger the mechanisms and render them harmless.
Meanwhile, Ryker worked his magic on the security systems, disabling the cameras and alarms that guarded the shipment.
Kaidën and Lyra provided cover for Duncan, taking down Rectale's minions as they emerged from the shadows.
But just as they thought they had cleared the area, a figure emerged from the darkness. It was a towering giant of a man, his body a mass of bulging muscles and scars.
"Grimgar Ironfist," Kaidën growled, his eyes locked onto the giant. "Rectale's most trusted enforcer."
Grimgar sneered, his massive fists clenched. "You think you can take down Rectale? I'll crush you all like the insignificant insects you are."
Duncan's eyes narrowed, his bones surging forward to confront Grimgar. The battle was about to begin.
With a roar of rage, Grimgar charged forward, his massive fists swinging. Duncan's bones danced around him, dodging and weaving between Grimgar's blows.
But despite his formidable size and strength, Grimgar was no match for Duncan's bonekinesis abilities. Duncan's bones rained down on Grimgar, pounding him with a relentless barrage of skeletal fists.
Grimgar stumbled back, his massive body crashing to the ground. Duncan's bones continued to pummel him, refusing to let up until Grimgar lay motionless.
As the dust settled, Duncan stood victorious, his bones still humming with energy. Kaidën and Lyra approached him, their eyes shining with admiration.
"Nice work," Kaidën said, clapping Duncan on the back.
Lyra smiled, her eyes sparkling. "You're amazing."
Duncan's face flushed with pride, but he knew they couldn't afford to celebrate yet. The shipment was still out there, and Rectale's minions would stop at nothing to protect it.
"Let's keep moving," Duncan said, his eyes locked onto the cargo ship. "We still have a job to do."
