*Location: Hel, Bottom of Yggdrasil*
*Year: 2010 AD*
*3rd POv*
Chained to a truly gigantic tree, was a being that was neither man nor god but a giant. He looked…human enough with his long/large bundle of blond hair with a black metallic Viking helmet whose horns were adorned on the front, resembling a goat. He wore a fur tunic alongside black pants(?) and brown boots.
One of the more noticeable features on him was a large grin on his face and a white blindfold. Spiraled all around him was an endless field of snow that came from atop, whether above the tree or not was debarked but it still came from high above.
Approaching the giant was a man, no a devil with long white hair and a white beard. He wore long white robes with light blue armor with a splash of gold on it. The man approached holding the severed head of a wolf, one of Garmr, specifically one that guarded the area.
This man was the truest son of Lilith and Lucifer, Rizevim Livan Lucifer. One who had the highest claim over hell yet chose chaos. One who revels in it revels in spreading misery and disaster.
"So Loki was right, I didn't think I'd find a giant chained to the world tree but well i guess little shits are right twice a day."
The giant let out a bellowing laugh hearing this before responding in a voice that could burst a normal human's eardrum.
"I think you mean clock but I guess shit works for a shitty product."
"But that begs the question why did he tell you about me, why come all the way to Hel."
"Killing my friends as well don't think I can't smell the blood."
hearing this Rizevim smirked as he held the wolf's head up, before dropping it to the snow.
"Friends with the guards how cliche."
Hearing that the grin on the giant's face slowly dropped down to a frown.
"Not their fault they're guard dogs, Hel bred them for this exact purpose doesn't mean you can't be friends with them."
"But here you are strolling in with one of their heads."
"So that only begs the question why is a little devil in Norse territory?
Hearing that Rizevim would smile a malicious grin as an aura of death now covered the area they were in. A mortal would suffocate if they were to feel such a thing, even a few gods would find themselves waning and weaning under his power.
Yet the chain giant now smiling simply ignored, as if it didn't even register to him. No, he simply laughed, with it echoing throughout the land causing a bit of snow from the lower branches to fall off.
"Didn't know a devil had that kind of power in this era, nicely done."
"Don't get me wrong; it's impressive, but well, that's nothing compared to back then, when gods freely killed one another."
"Back when beasts of all pantheons fought one another."
"Such an amazing sight but well now it's gone, with peace replacing it but that's time for ya, waiting for no one."
He let out a loud sigh. Even though he was still smiling, the man had the aura of an old man remembering the good old days.
"Well the past is the past, what can I do for ya devil?"
Hearing that Rizevim approached the old giant, grabbed a part of his leg, and squeezed getting a quick yelp out of the giant but one of surprise rather than pain.
"Hey Hey man if you want something just ask no need for all the squeezing although if you could I had this muscle pain from a few years ago I can't seem to shake off if you want to squeeze something."
Frowning in annoyance Rizevim would let go seeing that it was intimidating the bound giant like he thought it would. He then wiped his hand on his cloak as his pants were naturally wet from all the snow alongside the long amount of time he was bound here for.
Honestly, it was a surprise that any of the giant's clothing had stayed at all, with not even a hint of decay or wear/tear. From what Rizevim could see the chains were starting to rust a tiny bit, with one of the few bird species to grace Hel making a nest on the giant's head and his large mound of hair that had been left uncut for a long time.
These small animals quickly ran away when they saw the devil approaching the giant, no longer frozen by their aura.
"The trickster told me that one of the seals was here, something the Biblical God left behind long ago."
He smiled as he rustled the chains. "I could be persuaded to free you in exchange for the seal's location."
Hearing that the Giant laughed once more rustling the chains as his whole body shook. "You really think you can trick me, I can already feel your murderous aura, you want and need to kill." He then settled down a bit before speaking further letting the swinging chains stop first.
"If that little shit told you of me it means it's about time."
Rizevim couldn't help but cracka small smile hearing that. "Yes, Loki's crashing a multi-faction peace conference trying to start Ragnarok."
"Should be quite a fun little show, whether or not the trickster's success well doesn't matter, the chaos will all be worth it."
"That and the distraction."
Hearing that the giant shifted a bit whilst tilting their head as their grin got larger. "Well you're halfway right that Ragnarok's gonna start but Loki can't start it it just happens regardless of what you want."
"No he here's because his purpose is complete, and the greatest trick this world has ever seen is finally coming to an end."
"What do you me..." Then a look of realization flashed across the devil's face and he began to let out a mad cackle. "So that's what you pulled huh, not just tricking humanity but the gods as well."
"No wonder Loki is known as a god of magic, no as a trickster god after all the Loki this world knows is not real."
Soon enough he stopped laughing and got a bit more serious again keeping himself calm and composed, but if anyone else was here they could tell he was holding himself back.
"Yet that still doesn't explain why Loki told me of this location, there is a seal here I can feel it but the only other living thing here is you."
"So tell me Giant, why did your little doppelganger tell me of this location and why I should rip you apart to find the Trihexia's seal!?"
Then a murderous aura far stronger than before came out, freezing any living thing weaker than the devil in their tracks. Yet this one was not of a composed Rizevim but rather one that was getting annoyed, more impatient.
The newly named Loki waved his hands around as he smiled and turned into a nervous one instead. "Woah, woah if my little doppelganger sent you here then it's all good, I'll give you the box once you free me."
"However in order to break the chains that bound me to Yggdrasil's trunk I need to tell you my tale."
"A tale that is truly worth telling, so sit back because it's going to take a while."
