Mito was actually a student in one of the public school in Lagos, he had gone through kingdigarteen, nursery, and then primary school. Just when he was to get into the university, filled with so much youth adrenaline, he wrote the required exams, JAMB and WAEC. He wrote the exams with so much expectations. Alas, his expectations were killed by the results of both exam, he failed the JAMB, and his WAEC result wasn't all ta good. At that point, his life seemed to have collapsed. His parent were poor, and so they had no way to provide money for him to go for private tutorials. Though there was another way, he could just repeat the class he just finished therefore allowing him to rewrite the exams next year. But then the shame of having to be in the same class as his juniors wasn't something he was willing to accept. Now seeing someone like Emmanuel who was already in the preparation stage tipped him off.
Of course, at the end, it was all just a thought, and he knew he couldn't act on his impulse. If he did, it wouldn't be a matter of his future not being bright anymore, as there wouldn't be any future to talk about. He would have to spend the rest of his life in jail.
