Chapter 1 - chapter 2: Victoria's life

‎ Victoria poured a cup of steaming hot coffee for a customer, smiling as she handed it over. "Mulțumesc," the customer said, meaning Thank you in Romanian

‎ Victoria smiled and nodded, feeling a sense of satisfaction. She loved working at Caféul nostru, where she got to meet new people every day and practice her language skills.

‎ As she worked, Victoria's mind wandered back to the stranger she had seen outside the cafe. Who was he, and why had he been watching her? She shook her head, trying to focus on the present moment.

‎ The cafe was bustling with activity, the sound of laughter and conversation filling the air. Victoria moved efficiently, taking orders and serving food and drinks with a bright smile.

‎ Carmen, her boss, came over to her during a lull in the activity. "Victoria, you're doing a great job," she said, smiling. I don't know what I'd do without you.

‎ Victoria smiled, feeling a sense of pride. "Mulțumesc, Carmen," she said. I love working here.

‎ Carmen nodded. "I know you do," she said. And I'm glad to have you on our team. Now, let's get back to work. We've got a lot of customers to serve today as you can see,the cafe is quite packed.

‎ Victoria nodded, and the two of them got back to work. The rest of the day flew by in a blur of activity, and before Victoria knew it, her shift was over.

‎ As she clocked out and said goodbye to Carmen, Victoria felt a sense of relief. She was tired but happy, and she couldn't wait to get home and relax.

‎ She walked out of the cafe and into the cool evening air, feeling the misty mountains looming over her. She loved Brașov, with its rich history and stunning natural beauty.

‎ As she walked home, Victoria's mind began to wander again. She thought about the stranger, and wondered if she would see him again. She thought about her job, and how much she loved working at the cafe.

‎ And she thought about her life, and how much she wanted to experience. Victoria had always been drawn to the supernatural and the unknown, and she felt a deep connection to the mysterious, mist-shrouded mountains.

‎ As she approached her apartment building, Victoria saw a figure standing outside. Her heart skipped a beat as she realized it was the stranger from earlier.

‎ He turned to her, his piercing blue siren eyes locking onto hers. Victoria felt a shiver run down her spine as he smiled, his lips curling up in a mysterious, enigmatic smile.

‎ "Hello, Victoria," he said, his voice low, deep and smooth. "My name is Lucian.

‎ As Lucian's words hung in the air, the misty mountains seemed to close in around them, casting a mysterious, otherworldly glow over the scene. The streetlights flickered, casting eerie shadows on the ground, and the wind picked up, whispering secrets in Victoria's ear. She felt a shiver run down her spine as Lucian's piercing blue eyes locked onto hers, his gaze burning with an intensity that seemed to see right through her. The world around her melted away, leaving only the two of them, suspended in a moment of electrifying tension. And then, in a movement that seemed almost imperceptible, Lucian took a step closer, his eyes never leaving hers, and Victoria felt her heart plummet into the depths of her stomach, as if she were standing on the edge of a precipice, staring into the unknown.

‎ As Lucian's eyes continued to hold hers, Victoria began to feel a strange, tingling sensation wash over her, like her hormones were doing the cha cha slide. It was a feeling she had never experienced before, and it left her breathless, bewildered, and wondering if she had accidentally ingested a crazy pill alongside her morning meal. And yet, despite the fear that was growing inside her, Victoria couldn't help but feel drawn to this mysterious stranger, like a cat to a laser pointer.
