Managing Partner of the Brightborn Hospital, Dr. Nigel Hendricks.
He dropped a bombshell the moment that he arrived about the torture of a doctor who had made a wrong comment to an Advanced Human, and he then proceeded to let Achilles know how everything was prepared.
The tanned skin of this old man glinted as he smiled while beckoning Achilles to enter the room with him.
"Of course, my hands are tied for…ethical guidelines of Fairness to all patients as I cannot apply these treatments for free, so we await your approval. The All Poison Potion is the standard treatment for the type of poison Miss Rose suffered, but I also have on standby a Middle Tier Advanced Human Healer- the Prize of our Brightborn Hospital. Her fee is $1 Million, but she will ensure an even better effect than a mere potion alone."
The cane of this Advanced Human tapped on the floor as they entered Rose's room, Achilles noting the multiple changes made as stones radiating a purple light similar to the Catacombs were placed in corners of the room to make the whole area even more refreshed.
On the bed, Rose had a much healthier color on her skin as the gray slowly faded, and five nurses were lined up alongside a female Doctor in a white coat who raised her brows and harrumphed while looking toward Dr. Nigel.
"If only you treated all patients like this, Father."
The words of the attending Doctor echoed out as the lips of Dr. Nigel Hendricks twitched, and he introduced her while looking at the huge TV screen on the wall of the room that displayed a great deal of information.
"This is my daughter, Dr. Hendricks. She has a sharp tongue, but gives her best care to all patients- so please excuse any impoliteness. I see that our Healer is going to be free soon for another treatment here…shall I confirm her treatment with Miss Rose?"
Achilles walked towards the healthier-looking rose and held her cold hand that had gained some warmth since he was here last, and he gave a nod while asking.
"Apart from curing the poison, are there any treatments for Rejuvenating normal Humans? Skin care, hair care?"
Her nearly bald head pained him to see as he knew if she woke up and saw herself like this in the mirror, even though she would still look utterly stunning, she might just beat him up.
Beside the bed, Dr. Hendricks came up and looked at Achilles closely as she was the one to reply.
"That was part of the treatment plan I had in store. We try to give a true and full treatment here as after healing her, her skin, hair, teeth- absolutely everything will be returned to the prime, and there is an optional Human Enhancer Serum that most politicians and rich kids enjoy which safely allows for improvement of bodily functions of normal humans we can give her after that. Everything would come out to a total of…"
She squinted as she looked at the screen beside Rose's bed before she gave the final number.
"$1,645,000. Everything included. Shall I proceed?"
Her finger was already on a green button on the screen, simply waiting for his go-ahead.
And he nodded as finally, everything was out underway.
In a few seconds, Achilles felt another buzzing of the phone in his pocket before Dr. Hendricks nodded.
"Payment has been received as treatment will start. Hey, call Healer Soo Yin over. And you all…get ready with the required serums and medications."
Things began to get busy as the nurses moved about.
The cane of Dr. Nigel Hendricks appeared behind Achilles as he smiled while looking at his dirted pants and bag that held compressed suits he recognized.
"While they are getting things underway, Mr. Maxwell, we have a separate room connected here with state-of-the-art facilities if you need to change?"
The nurses and doctors here were getting busy.
And he still had the stench of Black Spiders on him.
He moved away from the bed as Dr Nigel pointed to another door in the corner of the room.
"Notify me when the Healer arrives."
He spoke towards the Nurses and Doctor as they nodded, Dr. Hendricks even making a daring shooing motion toward him as she focused her full attention on Rose's vitals.
She was in good hands as he moved and entered a separate room.
A tall shower could be seen in the corner, alongside multiple sinks and white towels stacked on top of each other. A sauna could also be seen on the side along with a small jacuzzi nearby that already had bubbling water!
Achilles locked the door behind him as he released his feelings of apprehension and took his clothes off to wash the stench away.
