[Domain of Immortality - Level 1200 Recommended]
"A mortal dares enter my domain? Nonetheless, you shall die!" Said the God of Immortality.
A giant blade struck down, as if it were lightning.
Although Alex's health had plummeted straight to zero, his S level talent, Undying and Unyielding, restored 10% of his HP.

[HP: 6,843/68,430]
[Inventory: Blade of DragonBreath, LifeSaving Treasure x3, etc.]
Skills:
Fire Fist: On cooldown [10s]
And many more.
Alex kept on wasting time, dodging the attacks of the God of Immortality by a hair.
10..9..8..7..6..2..1!
"Fire F-"
The blade of the God of Immortality hit him once again, this time, his talent failing to save him.
--
A 20 year old man woke up, in a fairly large apartment room.
Ding.
His eyes shot open.
He gasped, jerking upright and instinctively touching himself all over.
Yet he had no injuries. No pain. No blood.
"How the fu-"
Alex let out a sigh of relief. He didn't know what was happening, nor did he know why it was happening.
Alex looked around. "Hm?"
It was his old apartment room, the one he had before God's Descent released.
--
"RESIDENTS OF EARTH,"
A voice sounded out, one with authority and power.
"The Beta Launch for God's Descent has randomly chosen 10 million humans to participate in and test the game."
"Damn, not this again." Alex cried out.
It seemed like he transmigrated to the past.
Ding!
[You are the 234,493rd person out of the 1,000,000 to be chosen for the testing of God's Descent.]
[Forcibly logging you in...]
A stream of various colours in streaks of many hues flashed, as a small dot of colour appeared in the middle of the screen.
The dot began growing, larger and larger, and by the time a minute passed, the dot became the entire screen itself.
In front of Alex, many NPC's appeared, their hue of skin silver.
Named the Silver-Skin, these NPC's were affiliated to the God of Peace, keeping every village peaceful, as the name suggested.
"Gosh, how'd I get pulled into this mess again?! I don't want to be here, goddamn." He cried. Alex had experienced this once before, and he didn't want to this time.
He knew this game would soon merge with reality, causing humanity's downfall.
Nonetheless, he knew he had to grind, because if he didn't, the world would fall into despair.
"System,"
In front of Alex, a blue screen appeared.
[Since this is your first time using System, here are the basics.]
"I don't need to learn the basics." Alex replied.
[Alright, transferring you to your stats.]

"SSS Rank Talent? Sounds fun."
A being of higher realm remarked.
--
"Crazy. Never thought I'd get an SSS-ranked Talent."
Alex knew that only 1 in a hundred million people get SSS-Ranked Talents.
In front of Alex, a vibrant and cheerful village remained.
Alex, immediately hit with the nostalgia, let out a scream of comfort, if that were the word to describe it.
The people surrounding him were perplexed.
Alex, thinking of the wonderful memories he had made here, didn't know how badly he stood out.
"Guess I should get to work now."
Alex walked into the forest. He was met with many players, getting destroyed by the Lv. 5 Slimes.
"Hah." Alex was a sadist.
He was getting off topic, so he decided to kill some himself.
[Level 5 Slime]
[HP: 250]
[Moves: Unknown]
Alex decided to check his skills before attacking.
[Skills - None]
"Guess I have to brute force my way through."
Alex charged into the slime, following through with a right hook.
-175 *Critical Hit*
Critical hits dealt twice the damage output it was supposed to have dealt. Meaning, he would have done 87.5 damage. Pitiful numbers, he knew.
[Level 5 Slime]
[HP: 75/250]
The slime retaliated with a weakened, yet powerful Water Jet.
Alex, met with a barrage of focused water speeding at him, decided to dodge.
Speed in this game was a secret stat, only special equipment and trials able to give them speed.
Even gods had pitiful speed compared to their damage output and HP.
However, speed didn't matter if you were highly experienced in combat.
Alex easily dodged the Water Jet. The slime, thinking it had hit him, was facing away from him. Alex, knowing this, chose to punish the slime for being off guard.
Alex kicked the slime this time, since he had to bend down to reach the slime's length to punch it, dealing 56 damage.
-56 *Critical Hit*
The slime now had 19 Health Points left.
Alex didn't want to wait for the slime's turn, so he just ran up to the slime, who had flown away due to the strength of Alex's kick, and again, kicked it.

He decided to discard the necklace, choosing to give it to one of the newbies grinding not so far away from him.
