With more power surging through his body, Slag spoke with arrogance, despite the pain on his face.
"Is this what you call going all out?"
Piccolo looked disappointed. "What a waste of my time."
"Watch me trample you to pieces!"
Slag gritted his teeth and, with a powerful aura, attempted to stomp Piccolo into the ground.
However, Piccolo effortlessly blocked it with just his left hand. No matter how hard Slag tried, his foot couldn't press down. His veins bulged from the strain, yet he couldn't move any further.
Then, with a light flick of his hand, Piccolo sent Slag flying backward as if struck by lightning. The giant Namekian's massive body crashed into the ground with a deafening impact.
"It's over."
Piccolo gave Slag no chance to recover. Leaping onto his fallen foe, he struck Slag's head with a powerful kick, knocking him unconscious on the spot.
Next, Piccolo placed his hand on Slag's chest and began assimilation.
"Aha!"
An enormous surge of energy erupted from Piccolo's body, spreading in all directions. The sheer force of it caused the entire planet to tremble.
As the energy settled, Piccolo opened his eyes, a look of pure exhilaration washing over his face.
He never expected that assimilating Slag would increase his strength to such an astonishing level!
At that moment, Piccolo felt untouchable.
Even Renkai and Gokū no longer seemed like a threat to him!

Piccolo landed in front of Renkai, his cape billowing in the wind, nostrils flaring with newfound confidence.
Renkai could barely hold back a laugh. "You've gained a bit of strength, and now you're acting arrogant. Looks like I need to bring you back to reality."
The next moment, Renkai transformed into his Humanoid Divine Dragon form, his entire body engulfed in golden flames.

Renkai casually responded, "I haven't even activated 20x Kaio-ken yet."
"Haha, I was just joking! Don't take it so seriously!"
Piccolo's expression shifted instantly as he forced a smile.
"You know how to joke now, Piccolo? That's progress."
Renkai chuckled, patting Piccolo on the shoulder before instructing Dragon System to teleport him back.
12 Hours Later – Western Capital Ruins
Inside the wreckage of Bulma's home, Renkai spoke to the older Bulma, who now had faint wrinkles at the corners of her eyes.
"Slag may be gone, but that doesn't mean your world is safe. Slag was just a small-time threat. If Trunks were here, he could have eliminated him with one finger!"
Renkai's voice grew serious.
"In the future, far greater dangers will descend upon this world. Babidi and Dabra will come to revive Majin Buu, bringing chaos to Earth. And if that's not enough, even more terrifying enemies—Black Gokū and Zamasu—will arrive, planning to wipe out all of humanity!"
He paused for a moment before adding, "Bulma, after I resurrect Trunks, you should come with me to my world. I can guarantee your safety there."
Bulma, however, shook her head.
"Renkai, I've changed my mind. I no longer wish to resurrect Trunks. I have a different wish now."
Renkai immediately understood her intentions and gave a slight nod. "Go ahead. I can grant any wish, Future Bulma."
Renkai emphasized "any wish", but Bulma didn't seem to dwell on it.
After a brief pause, Bulma took a deep breath and said:
"Then, my wish is—please revive all kind-hearted people who have died since the Androids began their destruction, as well as those killed during Slag's occupation of Earth."
She finished speaking and looked nervously at Renkai, waiting for his response.
"Rejoice. I am the one granting your wish. If this were Earth's Shenron or Namek's Porunga, they wouldn't be able to fulfill it."
Renkai smiled.
"This is simple."
When it came to resurrection—one of Shenron's main functions—Renkai far surpassed all other dragons.
Not only could he resurrect those who had died from illness or old age, but even those who had already been reincarnated.
As long as a wish was made, he could make it happen.
"Mother!"
The resurrected Trunks immediately rushed to embrace Bulma, who broke down in tears.
"You don't have much time. Be ready for the next wave of invaders."
Renkai warned as he watched the revived warriors gather.
Soon after, he sensed a powerful, evil energy approaching Earth from deep within space. His expression darkened.
However, his 24-hour limit in this timeline was nearly up. Soon, he would have to return to his original timeline.
But Renkai wasn't worried.
Before leaving, he had already left a Dragon Ball projection in this world. If anything went wrong, he could step in and fix it.
When Renkai returned to his world, he told his Bulma what had happened.
He left out the part about Trunks, having no interest in discussing Da Te.
"So, I'm that strong in an apocalyptic world, huh?"
Bulma murmured in amazement after hearing about her future counterpart.
Deep down, she was relieved that her world had Renkai's presence, ensuring she would never have to endure such hardships.
A Few Months Later
Using Cooler's tail cells, which Renkai had provided, Dr. Gero created a new and even stronger Cell embryo.
According to computer simulations, this artificial lifeform—named Ultimate Cell—would take on a form similar to the original Cell once fully developed.
However, Renkai had deliberately removed its absorption tail to prevent the horrifying human absorption process seen in the original timeline.
Instead, thanks to Rabbit's superpower, this new Ultimate Cell would be able to "consume" in a much more refined manner.
Once the embryo was fully formed, Dr. Gero used the Hyperbolic Time Chamber to accelerate its growth.
In less than a month, a dark green humanoid bio-android with black spots emerged.
Just like all of Dr. Gero's creations, Ultimate Cell was powerful—but his mind was rebellious.
If Renkai hadn't reacted in time with Instant Transmission, Dr. Gero would have been turned into a carrot and eaten.
Shaken, Dr. Gero sighed, "Renkai, I've failed again. This Ultimate Cell is also disobedient. Do as you see fit."
Renkai nodded.
As always, he called Piccolo's clone, had it lay an egg, and swapped its body with Ultimate Cell using Ginyu's body-switching technique.
Then, with a single Qigong Wave, he erased Ultimate Cell's former body, leaving no trace behind.
"Your name is Xilu."
Renkai knelt in front of his new Ultimate Cell, his face filled with respect.
Thus, Universal Capsule Company's security department gained a new and formidable employee.
