The battlefield was silent. The ashes of Zephiron's defeat still lingered in the air, yet Xypher and his allies barely had time to breathe before an ominous presence descended upon them.
A shadowed figure emerged from the mist—a warrior clad in dark silver armor, his eyes glowing an eerie crimson. His aura was suffocating, far surpassing even Zephiron's.
Lyra stepped back, her heart pounding. "Who… who is that?"
The figure's voice was deep and menacing. "You are all weaker than I expected. I am Lord Dargan, ruler of the Abyssal Legion. Zephiron was but a pawn. Now, I shall finish what he failed to do."
Xypher wiped sweat from his brow, his exhaustion clear. "So another one shows up, huh? Well… bring it on."
Dargan smirked. "With pleasure."
The Battle Begins: Xypher and Lyra vs. Lord Dargan
Without warning, Dargan launched himself forward, moving faster than lightning. His first attack—a devastating punch—sent Xypher crashing into a mountain.

Lyra gasped. "Xypher!"
Dargan turned to her. "Now, little girl… let's see if you're worth my time."

She unleashed a flurry of razor-sharp wind blades, forcing Dargan to step back.

With a flick of his wrist, a black chain materialized, wrapping around Lyra and pulling her toward him.
Xypher suddenly burst from the rubble, his flames raging. "Not on my watch!"
He struck Dargan with a massive flaming uppercut, breaking the chain and sending the villain flying.
Dargan landed gracefully, chuckling. "Impressive. But it's time I stop holding back."

Xypher gritted his teeth. "Tch… I guess I'll have to go all out, too."
He took a deep breath, focusing his energy, his flames intensifying.

His body ignited into pure golden fire, the heat distorting the air around him. The flames wrapped around his arms like gauntlets, and his hair burned brilliant crimson.

The impact engulfed the battlefield in a brilliant explosion of fire and wind, tearing through Dargan's abyssal power.
As the dust settled, Dargan was gone.
