〘Date: 2/7 - Thursday〙
〘Time: 2:10 PM〙
〘Location: Texas, San Antonio - Trinity Valley University〙
The day continued to go by, and I made it to the sports area of the campus, the area filled with chattering of students coming and going, the band practicing their music, and the whistles of coaches running drills with their team. It was crowded with activity, making it easy to get washed into the crowd.
The Sports Plaza contained two main establishments: The Gym, mainly used for their basketball games and indoor Color Guard, Cheerleading, and University Events, and the Stadium, where main events are held including outdoor Color Guard, Cheerleading, and Marching Band Competitions.
I began to make my way to the stadium, mainly to watch Paris practice, but at the same time Matt was also running drills with his team as well, the sounds of the coaches voice intermingling with the cheer coach's instructions. Before making my presence known, I decided to walk under the bleachers, finding a secluded spot for Phroa to make herself visible.
"Okay, now that we are in private, let's get into what I have to show you," Phroa began, tapping on my screen to pull up a menu that looked like a skill tree in the shape of a heart. "What you're looking at right now is a skill tree for your Art of Love."
I scanned the menu for a moment, noticing each skill needing a certain amount of currency to unlock, most of them requiring the basic currency, Credi. There were also a few abilities that required my traits to be a certain level, making it impossible to just buy the skill with Credi alone.
"I'm seeing there are nine other pages of this..? I have ten skill trees? How deep does this rabbit hole go?" I asked, glancing at Phroa with a raised eyebrow of skepticism.
"I know it seems like a lot right now, but you don't need to worry about the other nine for now. Those abilities require a certain item that will be explained in the future! For now, let's focus on your first skill, Heart Scanner," Phroa said, watching as I clicked the first button on my screen.
〔Heart Scanner - Cost: 500 Credi〕
〔Description: This ability allows the user to keep track of their target's vitals, mood, affection, and bond by scanning their heart. This ability can also be used on oneself to scan for internal anomalies and give self-vital checks.〕
"Very simple, yet useful ability...So I'm guessing all skills upon this Art of Love Tree contains my main abilities correct?" I asked, looking up from my screen to glance at Phroa.
Phroa nodded, sitting on my shoulder and let out a soft hum. "Since it is your main ability, the deeper you go, it will require a lot more from you. For now, all you need is a bit of money, which is pretty easy to get by the way!"
I smiled at her answer, turning my gaze back to my screen, taking a good look at the ability once more. After reading over it's description one last time, I decided to buy the ability, the back logo of the phone beginning to glow.
Iridescent energy began to seep into my body, awakening the Heart Scanner ability within me and causing my eyes to faintly shine to adjust with the ability to scan people on an emotional level. Once the shift within finished its course, I didn't feel different at first, but I could tell my eyes were opened even more.
〔Heart Scanner has been learned!〕
"Great! You've learned your first ability, and now you'll be able to see your progress for yourself! Let's head onto the bleachers and cheer on Paris and her squad!" Phroa exclaimed, warping back into her digital form and held up a peace sign.
I chuckled softly, pushing myself off the walls then began to make my way from beneath the bleachers. "First days and you are already something else..~ I wonder how my dad managed with two.."
I began to walk up the steps of the bleachers, looking out at the field to see Matt and the football team practicing on one side of the football field while Paris and her cheer team practiced on the side closer to me, their cheers as valiant and uplifting as ever.
"Who are we?" Paris asked, holding her pom poms out toward her friends.
"The Trinity Valley Girls!" The rest of her cheer team said in unison, putting their pom poms together with Paris.
They all exclaimed, raising their hands to the sky with a loud cheer and shared laughs with one another. They continue practicing their routines, lifting each other up and performing their natural gymnastics while suspended in the air.
The group lifting Paris in the air held her high, keeping their bodies stable and careful so they wouldn't drop her. In spectacular fashion, they sprang her in the sky, watching as she performed a corkscrew flip high in the air.
With great teamwork, they held their arms out, safely catching her and cheered for her successful attempt at their stunt. I smiled at them, specifically Paris and could now understand why her secondary desired trait was Talent.
"That was so amazing! Once we perfect that move, this year's competition will be ours!" One of the cheerleaders said, holding her hands together at her mouth with excitement, eagerly bouncing up and down.
Paris smiled at the cheerleader, giving her a soft chuckle. "Mhm~ I've been working on my flips for a good while now. After a few more spots, I feel like I should have it even with my eyes closed!"
I let out a long, impressed whistle, walking toward the railing of the stadium and leaned against it with a soft chuckle. "Well, I must say...that was rather impressive."
Paris heard my voice, immediately looking back and gave me a warm smile, letting out a soft giggle. "So you actually came? I guess a Queen Bee can truly attract her workers..~"
I chuckled softly, my eyes resting upon hers as if no one else was on the field. "Mmm, that may be true, but this bee is different..."
One of Paris's friends glanced between me and Paris, a knowing smirk playing on her face. She placed her hand on her hip, letting out a soft laugh. "Well, well, well...Paris McRoy has a new interest? And it happens to be the cute, quiet guy..~"
Paris hummed softly at her friend's subtle acceptance of me, turning to face her friend with a sweet smile on her face. "Well, for right now we're just friends, Hannah... But so far, he's proven to have actual substance..~"
Hannah dramatically gasped, holding her hand to her chest with mock shock on her face. "A guy who isn't your typical pretty boy? Paris...you've changed your taste?"
Paris laughed softly at Hannah, rolling her eyes and taking one more glance at me. "She's just being dramatic. If you want, you can come sit on the sidelines to get a closer view."
I glanced over at their coach, seeing if I could get the approval to do so. The coach nodded her head, seeing that I was trustworthy enough to be around the girls as they practiced. I smiled at the coach then began making my way down the stairs to walk to the gate, entering through to stride confidently to the field.
Paris watched as I made my way toward the sidelines, walking toward me and gently took my hand, sitting me down on the bench closer to her things. "Mind watching my stuff while you're down here?"
"Not at all. Your stuff will be safe here with me," I assured, gently patting her arm.
Paris smiled at me, walking backwards for a few steps before hurrying back to her squad to continue her practice. Once she was ready, she picked up her pom poms, getting right back to work on perfecting their routines.
As they practiced, I couldn't help but to keep my eyes on Paris, her beauty having my attention with an iron grip. With each flip, twirl, and cheer she performed, it was like watching a butterfly whimsically flutter around in the sky, her wings carrying her around with freedom.
"Good one, Parry! Bring it home with your Valley Flip!" Hannah called out, helping the other cheerleaders hold Paris in the air, focusing her energy on balancing Paris.
Paris glanced down at Hannah, holding her arms out to remain steady in the palms of her friends who held her up. She glanced over at me, hearing me cheering for them and clapping, a confident smile playing on her face.
"Alright, I'm ready! From the top!" Paris instructed, readying her mind and body for her best routine.
The cheerleaders let Paris down to reset their last routine, each one of them taking their positions. Paris took her spot at the front, counting down her squad then they began their cheers and chants while performing their routine.
After a few sets of graceful twirls and flips, they began the last stage of their routine, Hannah and the others getting ready to lift Paris in the air. Paris mounted their palms, each of the girls using their strength to lift her in the air.
"You got this, Paris!" Hannah called out, preparing to toss Paris in the air.
Paris nodded, taking a deep breath then exhaled, feeling the liftoff gradually approaching. Finally, after getting themselves in a good position, they launched Paris in the air, watching as Paris performed multiple backflips in the air.
Paris kept her knees tucked as she flipped in the air, finishing her aerial trick by spreading out straight up, striking a final pose on the air before gracefully free falling from the sky. Her friends quickly caught her, each of them cheering proudly after a successful routine.
"That was freaking amazing, holy shit! You actually hit it perfectly!" Hannah squealed, holding Paris's hands while hopping up and down excitedly.
Paris giggled like a schoolgirl with Hannah, feeding off her excitement despite her rushing adrenaline within her veins. "I know! Gosh, I need to catch my breath before I pass out..!"
I watched as the cheerleaders celebrated, a warm smile stretching from the corners of my lips and my eyes gleaming with respect for Paris and her squad. In all honesty, it felt really amazing watching her land her toughest routine yet, her gymnastics on full display for me to see.
Paris began walking toward the sidelines, taking her seat on the bench next to me and grabbed her bottle from her bag. "Thanks for watching my stuff," She said, playfully nudging me with her elbow.
I smiled at her, playing into her nudge by leaning slight to the side. "No problem, made sure no one came close."
Paris chuckled at my response and scooted closer to me secretively as she took a sip of her water, slightly closing the space between us. She lowered her bottle, letting out a refreshed exhale. "Nothing like some good electrolytes in your system..~"
I noticed how small the space between the two of us became, my heart beating slightly harder against my chest from our sudden closeness. Suddenly, my phone buzzed in my hands, catching my attention and breaking me out of my trance. I looked down at my screen, Phroa waving her hand to get me to look at her.
〔Phroa: Master! It seems like you need my help, and by simulating all outcomes, three comes as the most positive!〕
As I watched Phroa generate the three outcomes, three options popped up on my phone, each one shimmering various colors within the Art of Love wheel. Next to the options were symbols blended into the message box, showing what each option awarded.
〔Option 1: Place your arm around her shoulder - Charisma/Romance EXP +100〕
〔Option 2: Place your arm around her waist - Lust/Passion EXP +100〕
〔Option 3: Wrap your pinkie around hers - Romance/Empathy EXP +100〕
Seeing how the three were the best outcomes from Phroa's simulation, I began to wonder what the other outcomes were. For a moment, I played out how I wanted to pursue Paris and what to prioritize in for the future.
After playing the three scenarios in my head, my mind was set and I began putting my plan into motion. I waited for a moment, noticing another cheerleader coming to the bench to sit down and rest and grabbed my bag.
"Excuse me," She said with a soft smile, her tone sweet and kind like an angel.
"You're all good," I replied, smoothly sliding over to close the gap between me and Paris, sliding my arm around her waist as if to keep her close.
Paris jumped slightly, but a soft, relaxed giggle began escaping from her lips, getting herself comfortable in my arm as she relaxed. She crossed one leg over the other, letting out a soft exhale as she placed her head upon my shoulder.
〔Charisma EXP +70〕
〔Lust/Passion EXP +100〕
〔Paris's Attraction to you has increased to 55%.〕
"You're smooth... unnaturally smooth, y'know that?" Paris praised, moving her head to look up at me.
"If you thought this was smooth, wait until we have our date. It might be a simple date to a cafe, but it'll be spontaneous..." I said, playfully flicking the tip of her nose.
Paris slightly flinched back with a smile as my finger made contact with her nose, opening her eyes to meet my gaze once again. "I hope it will be... that place means a lot to me..."
"Trust me, I'll make this first date one to remember," I said with a sweet promise and honesty, using a finger to brush a strand of her hair from her face.
Hannah chuckled as she walked toward us, holding her arms behind her back with a mischievous smile. "You two are certainly close after talking for one day, a few hours at that..~ You make it look like you've been dating for months, years even!"
Paris looked over at Hannah, rolling her eyes at her and chuckled softly. "You're acting like you've never been close with any of the guys you talk to."
"Oh, I know I'm close, but there's a difference between close and close," Hannah said, using air quotations for the second close. "Besides, you kinda just broke up with Tony like two weeks ago, a nasty one at that."
Paris immediately caught onto what Hannah was implying, letting out a soft sigh and leaned her head back onto my shoulder with her eyes closed. "I'm not rebounding, okay..? Sure, Ryder and I may not have talked as much in the past...but after really talking to him now and getting to know him more, I kinda feel drawn to him.."
"I can't explain it, but when other guys try to pursue me, I don't feel anything like I used to. Ryder, on the other hand...it's just something about his very presence, and it's always been that way..." Paris said admittedly, looking at Hannah with a convinced gaze.
Hannah stared at me, slightly tilting her head and crossed her arms. She stared at me for a good second, trying to see what Paris saw in me. "Mmm...I don't see it. Yeah, he's really cute and he's like...super smart, but what about his presence just captures you? He's rarely in the spotlight unlike his two friends."
"Maybe that's what it is. He has such a low profile, it's almost like there's a mystery around him. A mystery I want to solve because some of the pieces to his mystery, I can relate to," Paris said, giving Hannah a convincing smile.
Hannah looked at Paris, a soft sigh leaving her mouth and she gave her a warm smile. "Alright, I know when I'm beat... You're clearly set on this and I support it 100%, without a doubt. Just be careful around Tony, he clearly isn't over you yet even after a nasty break up."
"Don't worry, we'll be fine. Tony won't be bothering us as long as Ryder's around~" Paris reassured Hannah, lightly swinging her top leg back and forth.
Hannah smirked, looking at me and pointed sternly. "You better keep her happy, you hear? We treat Paris like our sister, so keep her happy, or else!"
〔Phroa: Yes, ma'am!〕
I smiled at Hannah, giving her a nod. "I understand, Hannah. I'll keep her safe and happy."
Hannah nodded back, turning on her heels to check on her other friends. Paris and I watched as she walked away, the two of us glancing at each other and sharing a light laugh.
As the afternoon went by, the excitement for the date only grew more intense by the second. Paris couldn't sit still enough for the date and due to her energy, she encouraged her squad to run the routine one more time before the clock struck 5 pm.
I watched as the cheerleaders excitedly began preparing for their last run of the routine, my eyes opened to a part of Paris's world that meant the world to her. Watching her practice with her friends, I internally vowed to keep my promise to Hannah in keeping Paris happy and safe.
〘Date: 2/7 - Thursday〙
〘Time: 5:10 PM〙
〘Location: Texas, San Antonio - Trinity Valley Dormitory〙
After Paris's practice came to an end, I decided to head toward the dorms first so I could get ready and freshen up for Paris, being sure to use my best hygienic products and cologne. After getting myself dressed, I stared into the mirror, taking a good look at myself.
"You look nice, Master!~ Trust, you'll blow this date out of the water!" Phroa said, floating in front of me to fix my jacket with a sweet hum. "Also, you have 500 Credi left, you might wanna buy her a gift before leaving."
"Buy her a gift?" I asked, staying still in my spot to let Phroa groom me, watching as she carried my comb with both her hands.
Phroa grunted softly as she had to use her strength to swing the comb, successfully managing to comb my hair. "Mhm! You can...go on the Shop feature and there are an array of gifts to choose from. You should get Paris a gift when you pick her up!"
I nodded, grabbing my phone and turned on the screen, tapping on the shop icon to pull up the shop menu of my system. With only 500 Credi in my pockets, there weren't many gifts I could buy for her right away, only left with basic gifts that didn't cost too much.
I did notice a heart icon next to specific gifts, indicating that the specific gift was a part of Paris's favorite gifts. For now, the only gifts available for me to buy were flowers, a few items suited for Paris's tastes, and the miscellaneous items like accessories and make up.
Only two items had the heart icon at the corner of their window, a beautiful orange cosmos and a few make up supplies that all were slightly costly with what little currency I had for now. I decided to get the cosmos for Paris in bulk, only costing me 50 Credi for the bulk package.
After buying the flowers, pixel particles began to form on the countertop of my sink, a beautiful box shimmering an iridescent glow materializing before my eyes. "What the—"
"Congrats, Master!~ You just bought your first Luscious Box! Since you have your gift now, we can head toward Paris's dorm and you can hand her the gift in person," Phroa said, setting down my comb and looked up at me with a proud smile.
I smiled back at Phroa, giving her a confident nod. "Right. Let's get this date started..."
With that, I grabbed my gift for Paris off the countertop of my sink, exiting the bathroom and grabbed my wallet and keys off my nightstand then left my dorm. I began walking down the halls toward Paris's dorm, carrying the shimmering box in my hands like a sacred relic.
The nerves began to slightly get to me, a mix of jittering excitement and stinging anticipation meshing into one, causing my body to feel hot and itchy, as if I couldn't sit still. I decided to stop and take a deep breath, calming my nerves a bit and focusing on my goal at hand.
"Alright, there's no better time than the present," I said to myself, gathering all my confidence to the surface as I approached the door of Paris's dorm.
〔Phroa: Good luck! If you need me, I'm always ready on your screen!〕
I smiled at Phroa warmly, slipping my phone into my pocket then took a deep breath. With a calming exhale, I finally knocked on the door and waited for a response. There was silence for the first few moments, but soon the door swung open, revealing my date in all her beauty.
Paris stood at the door, her hair down, cascading down her back in flowing waves and her usual Queen Bee aesthetic replaced by a more low key and reserve look. She wore a white hoodie with a pixelated character on the middle, dark colored tights, and white shoes to complete her attire.
"Hi, Ryder..~ You're looking rather handsome this evening," Paris greeted, watching as I approached her with a box.
"Thank you, and I must say, you're looking beautiful as well. I really like your hoodie, it looks really nice," I said, reciprocating her compliment.
Paris giggled softly, twirling a strand of her hair around her finger, glancing down at her hoodie wjrb a soft smile. "Thank you, I'm glad you think so. This hoodie carries a lot of weight for me..~"
〔Charisma EXP +50〕
〔Paris really liked that...〕
I let out a soft chuckle, stepping closer to her and offered her the box in my hand. "Also, this is for you..."
Paris glanced at me for a split second before her gaze narrowed to the box in my hands. She gently took the box from my hand, untying the bow keeping the box sealed and opening the top.
She gasped softly, taking the white vase of orange cosmos out of the box with a soft laugh of disbelief. "Ryder...Oh, you didn't have to get me anything..~"
"I know, I just wanted to surprise you and make a good first impression for the first date," I said, my nerves calming a bit seeing her grateful reaction to the gift.
Paris pulled me into a hug, letting out a pleased hum and giggled. "Mmm, thank you..~ Let me place these inside then we can go out."
"Okay," I said, returning her hug then let her go, watching as she hurried into her dorm to set down her vase of flowers.
〔Romance EXP +100 [2x Favorite Gift Bonus]〕
〔Paris's Attraction to you has increased to 75%.〕
As I waited for her to return, I heard someone clear their throat, causing me to look up from my phone. In front of me stood Hannah, leaning against the doorframe eyeing me up and down as if she were scanning me. She pushed herself off the doorframe, walking toward me with a stern expression.
"I want her back here by midnight, got it! She just got out of a tough cookie of a relationship, so make sure you make this date the best one ever, buddy!" Hannah ordered, pressing her finger against my chest and getting me against the wall behind me.
〔Phroa: Whew, the stakes are pretty high on this one, ehehe...〕
"Yeah, I got it, Hannah. I'll be sure to keep her happy," I said reassuringly, understanding how protective Hannah was over Paris.
Hannah smiled at me, backing off me and slipping her hands into the pockets of her baggy sweatpants. "Hm...based off your reaction alone, you're an honest guy. I trust you for now."
"Done interrogating my date?" Paris asked in a joking tone, walking behind Hannah and placing her hands on her shoulders. "We'll be fine..~ Relax a little alright?"
"Alright, alright. I just kinda think you're—"
"I'll text you when I'm heading back!~ Bye!~" Paris said in the midst of Hannah's sentence, grabbing my hand and rushing down the halls toward the main elevator.
Hannah watched as the two of us sped off, chuckling softly and sighed. "I just hope she's careful. Welp, all I can do is wait for the text," Hannah shrugged, walking back into her dorm and closed the door.
〘Date: 2/7 - Thursday〙
〘Time: 5:30 PM〙
〘Location: Texas, San Antonio - World of Literacy Cafe〙
Found within one of many large plazas in San Antonio, World of Literacy Cafe sat within a few other great chains and businesses. On the outside, it shares the illusion of your normal library, decorated with beautiful, well kempt bushes on both sides.
Inside told a different story, the illusion broken with the comfy sights of a cozy interior sharing a mix between a local library and a cafe. Shelves predominantly filled the inside with books of nearly every category, but found within the maze of literature was the cafe, the aroma of freshly brewed drinks filling the air.
Paris took a sip of her hot chocolate, letting out a soft exhale and smiled. "Mmm..~ Their hot coco always hits the spot, especially during the winter season..."
I nodded in agreement, leaning back in my seat with a smile. "It's been a while since I've had their hot chocolate...Glad to know it's still amazing."
Paris smiled at me, setting down her cup and peeking over at a few books I picked out, her brows furrowing with curiosity. She scooted closer to me, reaching over to grab one of the books to inspect it. "Habilee Heart...who is this?"
I looked at the book, a soft smile curling on my lips. I rested my arm along the back of the booth we sat in, gently grabbing the book from her hands. "This is the author I wanted to show you. Habilee is an aunt figure to me and my siblings, and she's always been writing books since forever basically."
"Oh? What kind of books does she write?" Paris asked, eager to learn more about Habilee.
"She's writes a few genres, but nowadays she's been working as a Lead Historian back in my homeland. She wrote a large series before taking her hiatus, The Art of Love. Those books are sold out everywhere," I answered, placing down the book in my hand on the table.
"Oh right, that nine part series all the guys are going crazy over. Personally, I get it...everyone wants to be the next Shiro Moji when it comes to dating, but men today tend to overdo it," Paris said, opening the book and began skimming through the table of contents.
"Yeah, some do tend to do entirely too much. The Art of Love was written to help men enhance and improve their personality, but some just make it their entire persona," I said, watching as Paris began to read through the book.
Paris nodded in agreement with me. "Trust me, I know..."
The two of us shared a soft chuckle, a comfortable silence growing between us as we began to read a few of Habilee's books together. The book she stuck closely with was a retelling of one of many events from 20 years ago, this specific book a romance story between my father and my step-sister's mother.
As we read, Paris noticed my mother's name coming up a lot in the story, her gaze flicking toward me. Though she didn't say anything, I knew she had a question sparking in her mind, and I didn't know if I should tell her or not.
"I don't mean to... y'know judge or anything, but these books are fiction right?" Paris asked, glancing over at me with curiosity.
I rubbed the back of my head, meeting Paris's gaze then looked back at the book. "Well...some are, some aren't. The one you're reading isn't, everything in that book actually happened in real life."
"Wow, so your mom actually met Destiny's Hero? That's actually so cool! I know the lady in this story must've felt very special having being able to date and marry a hero," Paris hummed, continuing to read through the book.
I smiled at her, subtly wiping the nervous sweat from my brow and cleared my throat. I looked over at the other books I picked out, knowing that if she began to enjoy Habilee's work more, she would eventually piece together the puzzle about me.
"You know, I love romance books like these...I am a bit of a hopeless romantic myself at times, and sometimes I like to imagine myself in these scenarios... I'd like to know what it feels like to be treated like a woman and not some prize for men," Paris said softly, leaning against me and resting her head upon my shoulder.
"Something tells me that your dating history has been pretty lopsided," I said, looking down at Paris and gently wrapped my arm around her shoulder.
"Pfft... yeah. I don't know how I keep falling for the same schemes, but you're a nice refresher from all that. A calm to the chaotic storm around me. I haven't felt so at peace in a long time..." Paris said softly, turning her head to look up at me.
Those words lingered in the air, our eyes locking onto one another for a moment longer, the soft, distant chattering of the cafe and the calm jazz music slowly fading away from around us. Our conversation soon turned into soft words of affirmation from both ends, mixed with simple gestures of physical affection.
As I continued to fill her head with sweet words that she longed for, she began to shift in her seat to get even closer to me, returning my soft compliments with her own. She began shifting herself to get more comfortable on the booth, her leg draping over mine.
"Ryder... y'know, Hannah thinks I'm moving too fast with you and yeah, I can see it...but honestly you're the first guy to not treat me like some prize since I've been in college. She may not see it, but I can..." Paris began, gently placing her hand against my chest.
"I know she's only being protective of you after your break-up, but I promised to keep you happy and safe, and I'm not breaking that promise..." I whispered back, brushing a strand of her hair from her face.
Paris closed my eyes as my fingers brushed against her skin, her heart skipping a beat from every word I spoke. "Ugh...my mind is telling me to not believe you, but my heart knows you long enough to know you aren't like them..."
"I've seen you since we started class together, spoken to you on occasion and you've always been honest, but I...I did just break up with Tony two weeks ago and it might look like I'm just coming onto you—"
I placed my finger upon Paris's lips, causing her to get quiet nearly immediately. I stared into her eyes, my own eyes filled with honesty. "Paris, you don't have to explain yourself to me. I understand how you feel truly...Your heart knows what it wants and so does mine. We can take things slow if you want, I don't mind, just as long as you're happy.."
〔Empathy EXP +100〕
〔Paris's Attraction to you has increased to 100%.〕
Paris smiled at my words, her heart beating faster against her chest from pure joy and happiness. For the first time, she felt as if her feelings truly mattered to someone other than Hannah. She gently embraced me, closing her eyes and couldn't stop smiling due to my words.
"Ryder, you don't know how much that means to me...You don't know..." She said softly, burying her face in the crook of my neck.
I held her as well, gently rubbing her back up and down. We sat in each other's arms for a moment longer, enjoying the warmth our bodies produced during the cold weather. I could hear and feel Paris's breathing softening and slowing, her body truly relaxing against mine.
After a moment of resting in the embrace of one another, we decided it was time to head back to the dorms for the night since Paris has an early day tomorrow. Before leaving, we decided to check out a few books, Paris specifically checking out a few of Habilee's books before heading out to the parking lot to my car.
