It was midnight, Anastasia was sitting near the window with a regretful expression. She was thinking how week she is, even after how much she has trained still nothing changed, she is far from being strong. If it isn't for the scarlet flames, they would have been dead.
With a regretful sigh, she looked at the moon. Then Jeremy said from behind "what are you thinking? with such a face". Anastasia said "You aren't asleep?".
Jeremy shook his head and said" No, I just woke up, and saw you here". Anastasia looked at him and said "Ohh, is that so".
" So what are you thinking?" jeremy said while sitting beside her. Anastasia took a while before answering him " Uh..don't you guys think you have something to ask me about?"
Jeremy looked at her briefly and shook his head slightly" NO,I don't think so, besides what is there to ask about?" Anastasia said while clenching her dress" I mean, you guys saw me wielding that curse scarlet flames,didn't you?"
Jeremy while confused why Anastasia is thinking like that said " Why would we? I don't think those flames of yours are curse. I mean practically, aren't those the very flames that saved our lives?"
"I mean yes..wait no" before she could complete her sentence Jeremy spoke" And don't think about those flames being a curse for you. Afterall they are yours, you possess them, you just have to take control over them, so you can wield them however you like".
Anastasia being surprised how Jeremy view her power like I have never saw it from this perspective, I never considered it my own, I always saw it as curse. Anastasia responed to Jeremy with a simple nod.
While they were talking suddenly a voice came from behind them " I think, you guys should sleep now." Jeremy said " you were awake the whole time?" Marriane while defending herself said "don't blame me,I mean, you were so loud! How am I supposed to sleep?"
Anastasia laugh a little at Marriane response, while Jeremy said "yeah! of course"
"You! I wil kill you for sure." with that the three of them laughed.

In the morning, three of them make there way towards the dining area of the Inn. While walking Marriane said "Uhh, I really want to go back home." Jeremy knitted his brows "You are really such a baby."
Marriane said while shouting"I am 7! and more importantly you are the same age as me." Anastasia listening to there conversation thought here they go again with a sigh.
In the dining area, they settled at a table in the back near the staff area, as they didn't want anyone to listen to their conversation.
they ordered the food, and some refreshments. While eating there meals Marriane said "You know, I miss blackie." Anastasia and Jeremy asked in unison"Blackie?"
Marriane explained "Yeah, the black oval fruit we ate in the Ancient forest."
Anastasia and Jeremy looked at her in disbelief, while jeremy said "Okey, I agree the fruit was tasty. But why do you have to miss that ominous place, and Blackie? seriously?"
"Hey! I am not missing that damn forest, besides why would I miss that. I just miss Blackie, Okey?" Marriane attest.
As they were talking Anastasia noticed something, at two tables ahead of them. A woman, no more precisely a woman she seems to recognise. She quickly said "Guys look behind you, however, don't be obvious." As Anastasia instructed the two of them looked behind casually.
"Don't tell me.." before Jeremy could speak his sentence Marriane whispered "Countess Rosetti."
Anastasia nodded in response "Maybe we can ask for help." However Jeremy said "But, we still have to be cautious in approaching her, as we still don't know who was behind everything."
"Yeah, let's wait for a right moment." she said while drinking her juice.

Naerys a girl in her 20s with light blue hair and matching eyes was waiting for someone in the Inn. Then the bell of the Inn ring, as she looked up she saw a man with brown hair and green eyes was approaching her table.
Naerys said with a sarcastic look "Aren't you too early?" The man while taking a seat in front of her said " Am I?" Naerys with a disappointed look said "Nevermind."
"I'm sorry, I agree, I was a bit late"
Naerys said "a bit?" After looking at Naerys the man said "Please forgive me, my lady, I was wrong."
"Okey, I will forgive you. However there is a condition."
"A condition?" the man asked.
"Yeah I want 10% discount, at the deal we will make"
"Isn't it bit too much, for being late?"
"Wait, so you are telling me, it's my fault?"
The man said "No, I mean...uhh okey, I agree."
Naerys giggled at Lucian response.
Lucian said "So, my lady let's start the deal."
"Before that, would you like to explain why you choose this place?"
Lucian explained "Oh, this place? well there wasn't a special reason, it's just that, no one is realy interested in our deal here."
"I guess you are right." Naerys said while looking around.
"So, my lady, I was saying, please marry me."
"What!" Naerys gulp, not quite sure what she just heard, Marr...marriage? me? with Lucian?
"Countess Naerys Rosetti, will you marry me?" Lucian said with a smile.
